Children are OK for a short visits. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Town Square Nightly entertainment and happy hour. This is a well maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch with vaulted ceilings. This house has screened lanai and Patio. The Patio overlooks the 9th hole of the Oakleigh Golf Course. The interior has laminated wood flooring thru out the house except for the kitchen and bathrooms which have ceramic tiles. Very easy to maintain. Fully furnished with queen size bed in master, full size in one bedroom and futon in the 3rd bedroom. A bathroom off the master bedroom with a double sinks and second full bathroom between the 2 quest rooms. A fully furnished kitchen is open to the dining room and living room, all with vaulted ceilings. The living room has cable TV with DVD. With the optional Villages Amenity ID, you can enjoy ALL the activities The Villages has to offer. Free golf at the Executive Golf Courses. Enjoy reduced rates at the Championship Golf Courses including Nancy Lopez Legacy Golf Course and Arnold Palmer Golf Course. There are also several heated pools you may choose from.
