This magnificent 4 bedroom 5 bathroom home is a family home and has never been rented. We are looking for a nice family (no shares please) to occupy it for the monthe of JULY 2012. The home is beautifully furnished.

Every room in the house has beautiful custom window treatments. Downstairs is the master bedroom that has a four poster king size bed, the second room downstairs has a bunk bed with a trundle bed. Upstairs a second master with a king size bed and another bedroom with a trundle bed. There are two flat screen TVs, one 42 inch and one 50 inch. A beautiful kitchen with all Viking appliances and granite counter tops. There is a living room, dining room and giant media room. There are televisions in both the upstairs and downstairs master bedrooms.

There is a sun room, a 6 person ultra deluxe outdoor hot tub and 20 x 40 heated pool. There is a top of the line Rainbow jungle gym extravaganza that includes two slides, three swings, a tire swing, seesaw and rock wall and tree house. There is a sreened in covered porch. There is also a playhouse and small basketball net. This is a very special house for a lucky responsible family. (Absolutely No Pets and No Shares Please)

              About the owner: Amanda and Ryan have spent 8 amazing summers in the Hamptons. They are finally going to sleepaway camp and we will not need the house for the whole summer. We are looking for a very special responsible family to take care and enjoy our beautiful home.
