Welcome to Lakeside Living, a very large and comfortable luxury log home nestled in a quiet deep water cove on Lake Norman.

This 4200 sq ft home speaks quality throughout with top of the line furnishings and accents to make you feel like royalty from the time you walk in the door. Lots of room for large family get-togethers with an open floor plan for entertaining and enjoying time together.

As you enter the main level, the center piece of the home is the dining, kitchen, and Great Room with fabulous views of the lake. A large deck off of the main level and inside a gorgeous stone fireplace accents this fine home. The luxurious leather furniture and cabin style furnishings compliment the rich wood interior and give the whole home a comfortable relaxing feel.

There are three bedrooms on the main floor, with a master suite on one side of the common area and the second and third bedroom on the opposite side which gives the bedrooms privacy from the open areas. The master suite has a separate shower and a Jacuzzi tub; two walk in closets with two separate vanities. The second and third bedrooms share a full size bath and the great room sofa converts into a queen bed.

The upstairs loft is set up as a 5th bedroom overlooking the lake, a perfect reading area,has an office desk plus wireless internet for today's needs. At bedtime, the loft has a queen bed and two over sized chairs that convert to twin size beds.

The lower level is like a house by itself with a huge 4th bedroom, 3rd bathroom, Kitchen & Dining area, living room, game room, and Deck with rocking chairs overlooking the lake. This 4th bedroom has a queen-size bedroom suite along with an additional trundle which makes the room great for a family of 4 .The 3rd bathroom can be accessed from the common area and from the 4th bedroom. Also the lower level living room has a wonderful sitting area with a leather sofa that opens into a queen-size sleeper as well. The lower level kitchen and bar is also fully stocked with everything you need and is convenient to have the extra storage for multiple family guests. The dining table is great for playing cards, games too.

The private dock is a very nice feature with deep year round water great for swimming and enjoying the lake. The walkway from the house to the dock is well lit with low level pathway lighting and is just beautiful at night. We offer boat rentals and can have the boat of your choice sitting at the dock waiting for your arrival.
