This Oceania fifth floor unit overlooks the swimming pool and 574 feet of private sugar white sandy beach shared by only 71 deluxe condos. Oceania has one of the largest square foot of beach per unit in Destin. The condo in located in the heart of Destin on Holiday Isle. The private gated property provides reserved covered parking. We provide you with a remote gate opener for easy access.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. All three bedrooms have private baths, televisions and DVD players. The living room has a 47 inch LCD television and stereo surround system. The mirrored bar has an ice maker included for your entertaining needs.
In the master bedroom you can lie in the king size bed and watch the sunrise, fishing boats, and para sailors. The master bath has a jetted tub, separate shower and dual sink vanity. The view from the two guest bedrooms is of the Destin harbor.
The 40 foot balcony is accessed from three sets of sliding doors and offers lounge chairs, dining and casual tables and chairs.

Why the Owner Chose Oceania
We decided to buy our condo at Oceania because of the outstanding view of the Gulf and private beach. We love the squeaky sound when you walk across the sand. It reminds us of walking in snow. The condo is so large and well designed that it gives us a spacious feeling that we have never had in any other condo. The balcony is huge and can hold the whole family with room to spare!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Oceania is located on Holiday Isle which is off the busy highway 98. It is close to everything without the busy traffic and crowds. We enjoy the quiet pool, beach and beautiful landscaping at Oceania. There are so many restaurants nearby that is hard to choose where to go. The many activities include: shopping, mini golf, para sailing and going to Destin harbor to walk around the boats or go on a sunset cruise. I think my blood pressure drops by 20 points when I am in Oceania.

My husband, Bob and I live in northern Virginia outside of Washington, D.C. Our lives are very hectic so we like to escape to Oceania. We love the water. We wanted to buy a beach condo since we were first married. Our family loves to come to Oceania. We just wish we were closer. Our three sons, their wives, girlfriends and now our grandson, all enjoy the beach and the beautiful water. We also love boating, tennis and snow skiing.

We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this is definitely the most beautiful and the most spacious. The wall of windows provides a beautiful view of the gulf and adds to the open, airy feeling. The Oceania complex and swimming pool are very clean and well maintained. The living room area is large and easily accommodated our group of six adults. The three bathrooms were also a big plus for us. I would recommend this unit to all of my family and friends and we plan on visiting again!

This property was beautifully decorated, yet comfortable and homey. View is spectacular! Location is everything here-beach is not crowded and the water is much clearer than the area further east. Loved the keypad entry instead of a key you have to carry around. The owner was very helpful with questions before we arrived and made herself available by e-mail or cell phone. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Master suite is grand!! The other two bedrooms are a little small but very functional. Gulfarium show was fun for my 3 year old granddaughter. We always eat at The Back Porch and this time we tried Pompano Joe's.

Beautiful condo and lives up to and beyond what the listing states. This is the second time our family has rented this unit at Oceania. We have stayed at many places in Destin over the last 30 years and this is by far our favorite. The unit is beautifully decorated and the beds very comfortable! The veiw from this condo is absolutely stunning. We definately will be back again!
