Located in the highly desired Knob Hill residential neighborhood just one block from the heart of Ketchum, this ideally located home welcomes you and your family or friends for entertaining, relaxation or the ease of walking right into town in seconds!
Large evergreen trees and grass provide a cool place in the summer with decks and views of Dollar and Bald Mountains. Being able to walk or bike everywhere is a huge benefit and really makes the experience! Just a block to the market, coffee houses, galleries, library, shops, and restaurants. You never need to worry about finding a parking spot in town. Just a one minute walk to the free KART bus service to Sun Valley Lodge and Dollar, River Run and Warm Springs ski lifts (or five minute drive).
This one level house (king bedroom and media room have just a couple steps down on one side of the house) has new tile and counters in bathrooms, spa collection or 1,000 thread count sheets and down comforters as does the two queen bedrooms and two twins on the other end of the house. All-natural, organic bath/soap products are included with a fully-equipped kitchen with Wolf range and eco-friendly products as well as High definition Plasma TVs, DVR, DVD, Ipod connection, wireless internet and of course in-town convenience.
Well mannered and neutered dog family members are welcome in the residence with prior approval and pet cleaning fee.
