Mountainside Unit #37: This wonderful property is the perfect place to take a relaxing family mountain vacation. The condo is recently remodeled with new furnishings, new windows, spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Open the windows and enjoy the cool mountain breeze and beautiful views. There are ceiling fans in the dining room, master bedroom and loft bedroom. The floor plan works well for as few as 2 or as many as 9 guests with a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the loft bedroom, and queen and twin sofa sleepers in the den. The kitchen is supplied with all the cooking necessities like home. The private hot-tub off the master bedroom is a treat after a full day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking!
Granby Ranch at Sol Vista is secluded, yet close to everything. There are so many things to do and see nearby. Sol Vista Ski Area is great for beginners and advanced skiers with the convenience of ski-in/ski-out accommodations. There is always something exciting happening in Winter Park which is just 15 miles down the road. Majestic Rocky Mountain National Park is only 30 minutes North of Granby. So much to see...the Colorado Rockies are beautiful year-round!
Pets are not allowed; however, pet boarding is available at Granby Vet Clinic for at rate of between $15-20 per day. Please call the clinic for details and current rates.

Best Vacation Ever

My family and I just spent the week of Christmas there. We had 5 people total including 2 young boys (5 and 7) who were learning to ski for the first time. The condo is just as described... very clean, nice furnishings, and comfortable beds. The hot tub was a treat after a day of skiing! The owner was extremely helpful in the planning process as we had never skied SolVista before. SolVista has one of the best ski schools around and we were skiing with the kids down the mountain just after their 2nd day! The lodge at the base was a perfect hang out for the adults at the bar while the kids had a blast sledding, cooking s'mores, and playing in the snow. We took advantage of night skiing / tubing as well and was a blast! With beginner skiers, the unit is not so much a "ski-in / ski-out" as you have to walk a ways in your gear to ski down the hill to get to the base and for ski-in, it is a short walk from a run (which my husband and I skied in for lunch everyday while the kids were in ski school), but you have to go down a blue to access the run to ski out of and the kids just weren't ready to do that yet. However, it is a one minute drive to the base and was easier to do that with little ones. The view is beautiful and we certainly enjoyed watching the sun rise and set everyday over the Rockies from the comfort of the living room. The only other comment is that the washer and dryer is in a completely different building and I had to search for it a little and is a coin machine, but we were expecting as much based on the description. Many thanks and we hope to be back soon!
