Five spacious bedrooms, with three large master en-suite bedrooms, one master has patio doors leading to the terrace and pool area. Two twin bedded rooms, one Disney themed. All bedrooms have cable TV and DVDs
Kitchen with everything imaginable for your convenience. A separate utility room with washer and dryer. No need to pack hairdryers, towels or linens as these are all provided, as is a children’s cot, high chair and stair safety gates.
Spacious living and dining area overlooking the pool and terrace, all luxuriously and tastefully furnished throughout.

We stayed in April 2011 for a week. This place was perfect. It was within 30 min of all the parks, golf, shopping and the airport. The owners were a pleasure to work with. You will not regret staying here.

We just got back from staying in this villa for a week. Everyone in our group loved the lay out of the house. It was wonderful having 3 master suites with bathrooms. The pool, large patio and sundeck with lots of furniture and even a TV were a favorite. The guys also loved the gameroom with pool table and TV. Paul and Sue were terrific to work with. They responded to my emails promptly. I would definitely return to this property and will recommend it to others in the future.

We rented this home in March 2011 for a Spring Break trip to the parks. The house was amazing and the owners and management company were extremely easy to work with and were always there to answer questions and fix any issues that we had. While we were there we had a slight issue with the washing machine and they had a repairman out within hours to fix it and get us set back up. My son loved the game room and now loves to play pool and air hockey as a result! Everything was clean and there was always extra amenities around that made our stay more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for easy access to the parks and a worry free vacation! Next time we go we are definitely renting this home again, and you cannot beat the price!!

We stayed at this wonderful villa the week of 2-21 thru 2-28-11. We found the villa very clean & everything they said it was going to be. I would recommend anyone this villa. The owners were very helpfull in any questions that we had. A restaurant that we would recommend is Mannie's in Haines City great food. The Cleland Family

We just returned from spending a week in your villa, and we had a great time.The house was exactly as described and pictured, it's a beautiful property. The house and pool were really well maintained, It was a perfect place to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family. Thank you!! We would love to return in the future!
