Our Floridian villa is fully air conditioned and beautifully furnished throughout.
The three master-en suites bedrooms are spacious, with large walk in wardrobes, one of the masters has patio doors leading on to the patio and pool area, two twin bedded rooms, with a fourth bathroom, all bedrooms have cable TV. No need to pack hairdryers, towels or linens as these are all provided, as is a children’s cot.
One of the lovely features of our Florida villa is the imposing staircase as you enter and the beautiful lounge area that overlooks the pool. Here you can watch cable TV, see a DVD or simply listen to the music system. With the dining area also overlooking the pool, it makes a fantastic setting for family dining. The open plan fully fitted kitchen, from the oversized American fridge freezer down to the children’s themed tumblers, has everything imaginable for your convenience.
To complete our Florida Villa is our lovely pool and patio, overlooking an area of greenery, shrubs and trees. The fully screened, extended, heated swimming pool and spa with fiber optic lighting. Patios with plants and luxury patio furniture. Covered lanai area to keep cool on those hot days and to make the most of its South facing position, extended decking has been created for sunbathing, for those well deserved lazy sunny days.
