  My friends and I rented this for almost a week last year in March, and had such a wonderful time not only in beautiful Miami, but in this beautiful home. The house was spacious, very modern, clean, and it really turned out to be a memorable time. On our last night, we all decided that we would definitely seek the rental of this home again, and are planning on doing so every time we visit Miami. I highly suggest this to anyone who wants to feel like they've moved away from where ever they are from, to this paradise house and City.

  Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables dans cette maison. Elle est très spacieuse, moderne et bien équipée. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié le billard, l'écran géant et la piscine. Idéalement située, à 15 min à pied de Lincoln Road et 12 min. de la plage. Mon seul regret c'est que le jacuzzi était hors service. Il manque quelques chaises longues au bord de la piscine (3 pour 5 personnes). Dans l'ensemble tout était parfait ! Nous avons adoré Miami et y retournerons sûrement.

  Fabulous villa for beach, restaurants and shopping, five minute walk to everywhere, three golf courses in walking distance, modern and contemporary, loved the swimming pool, bar, pool table and entertainment system. Highly recommend for a family vacation or just to relax and play golf with friends!

  I recently stayed there for a weekend 5/13 to 5/16. First of all, the owner originally committed to a contractual agreement allowing us to check in on 5/12 and checking out on 5/16. Then, 2 weeks before our check in date, the owner told us that double booked us and that we had to find another place to stay for one night. He did not offer to help us or accommodate us at all, which would have been the honorable thing to do since it was his fault. So with 2 weeks until we arrive in Miami, we scrambled to find a hotel, which of course was more expensive per night than the rate at the house. The house was nice, until we got to the pool. We rented the house with the anticipation of relaxing by the pool and doing some swimming. We were not able to use the pool due to the yellow slime and dirt at the bottom of the pool as well as the debris floating on top of the water. I understand leaves and pollen may float on top of the water, however this was far beyond that. In fact, we contacted a neighboring property manager to see what they would charge to clean the pool. The property manager indicated that this pool had not been serviced in at least a couple of weeks if not months and would take a couple of days to clean. By then, we would be gone. So, we were not able to use the pool for the entire stay. We even emailed the owner while we were there, and to this date, he has never responded. The advertisement for the property says it comes with a gas grill. However, you must have a filled propane tank to use the gas grill. The tank that the owner had attached to the grill was empty, so we ended up having to buy a propane tank at the nearby store, which we of course had to leave there. The size of the property is nice, but the attention to details and the lack of responsiveness from the owner made this trip not as pleasurable as it could have been.

I offered a refund but customer assured that the mistake wasn’t a big problem, he would have only four guests in his party over the first night and a hotel would just be fine. Guest: So with 2 weeks until we arrive in Miami, we scrambled to find a hotel, which of course was more expensive per night than the rate at the house. Owner: I did help the customer finding a hotel closely to the house Guest: The house was nice, until we got to the pool. We rented the house with the anticipation of relaxing by the pool and doing some swimming. We were not able to use the pool due to the yellow slime and dirt at the bottom of the pool as well as the debris floating on top of the water. I understand leaves and pollen may float on top of the water, however this was far beyond that. Owner: The pool is cleaned and maintained every Tuesday from a professional pool cleaning company. There is an external pool vacuum on site to use if necessary (occasionally we experience strong winds). I have had not installed a permanent vacuum because I felt that the hoses get in your way if swimming. I did install a permanent Hayward pool vacuum after the complaint. Guest: We even emailed the owner while we were there, and to this date, he has never responded. Response: I was out of country attending a funeral and I did informe customer in advanced of my absence. I left guest with two alternative numbers to call if problems arise. Guest: The size of the property is nice, but the attention to details and the lack of responsiveness from the owner made this trip not as pleasurable as it could have been. Owner: I am very sorry to hear that the guest didn’t have a good time. I have been renting the property for over five years and received nothing as compliments. Please read all my other reviews.   Heiko did a wonderful and job and everything was as advertised. The house was spotless and our group had an awesome time. I recommend this property to anyone headed south for a vacation.

  Great location in a residential part of SB, nice and quite. However, still very close to all the action of Ocean Drive/Collins and Lincoln Road, nearby public beach entrance, and easy access to major roads/highways. Nicely renovated house with all the amenities you need, plus full sized pool & relaxing hot tub. Would definitely plan to book again!

  Beautiful, modern house on a nice residential street comes stocked with most anything you would need for a self-catering holiday. Perfect accommodation for extended family - we had 3 generations from senior citizen to a small baby and all enjoyed themselves here. 6 year old loved the "bunk" room, and Granny appreciated on-suite bedroom on ground floor. Great pool and hot tub, all bedrooms have TVs, easy walk to Lincoln Road Mall and beach, grocery store (Publix) less than a mile away. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay near South Beach who wants more space and flexibility than a hotel provides.

  This house is the perfect place to stay if you are spending time in the South Beach area. It is 1 mile from the Lincoln Mall area and very close to the beach. It is also only a $6 cab ride to the South Beach night life. The house is very clean and well kept. We had an excellent experience while we were there. I highly recommend booking this property.

  Fabulous rental - excellent location, friendly and helpful owner, great facilities. We had a fantastic time - there were only 4 of us, but it would easily accommodate 8.

  Wir haben mit sieben Personen sechs Tage in diesem Haus sehr bequem gewohnt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einigem angenehmen Komfort, wie Internet, Beamer und Großleinwand, Poolbillard zur großen Freude unserer Kinder. Die Lage ist ideal, sehr ruhig und doch recht zentral, man kann zu Fuß an den Strand und zum einkaufen gehen. Der Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
