Located on the edge of Seacrest and Alys Beach is the Inn At Seacrest Beach. This center, third floor studio condo is one of the three LARGEST in the building with over 450 SQ FT. The unit has travertine flooring, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. The large balcony overlooks the Inn's pool and jacuzzi and has views of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is outfitted with a queen sized bed, sleeper sofa, 37" flat screen TV with cable, DVD, CD, surround sound stereo, and wireless internet access. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, cappuccino maker, microwave and cutlery to make your stay more enjoyable. The Inn has a large shared washer and dryer facility for your convenience.
The Inn at Seacrest sits directly on scenic HWY 30 A, allowing you to walk or bike to Alys, Rosemary or Seacrest Beach. Rosemary Beach has restaurants, shopping and a town green for you to enjoy the day. In addition, the Inn hosts its own pool with jacuzzi and beach access.

In January my husband and I ecstatically purchased our unit which we refer to as "Starfish". For the next four months we refurbished Starfish- adding a stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer combo, painting it a crisp clean white, purchasing linen curtains, an unusual queen size bed with drawers for storage underneath, a queen size sofa sleeper, a six piece wicker set that is oh so comfortable and remodeled the closets to include additional shelving, and a white armoire next to the sofa for yet more additional storage.
We live in New Orleans and have visited various areas of the Fl Panhandle for the past thirty years. Seacrest Beach has it all and our Starfish is just perfect!
Why the Owner Chose Inn at Seacrest Beach
This is the most fabulous location ever. For me it is all about location. The views of the Gulf are excellent. It is within walking distance to many restaurants. The grounds within a mile in both directions are well manicured with palms and brilliant soft green grass. There is a smooth path for walking, jogging and cycling. The architecture of the neighboring communities is inspirational. It has a gigantic pool and jacuzzi. We LOVE it!!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The view of the Gulf, proximity to great restaurants of all price categories, nature walk at Alys Beach, pristine beaches, fishing, cycling, jogging, canoeing in the nearby state park coastal dune lakes, unbelievable shopping opportunities- I cannot overstate that fact, yet the property is located in a very serene location and for a reasonable price.

I love to vacation along 30-A and this is my first time in this particular area. The condo is literally next door to Alys Beach & an easy walk to Rosemary Beach. We walked or rode bikes for everything we did! The condo is very well designed for a studio arrangement. Sleek, modern and clean! We had everything we needed and the views from the large balcony were stunning! We can't wait to get back!

VERY NICE LOCATION, WE JUST LOVED ROSEMARY BEACH. BUT THIS PLACE WAS VERY DIRTY . I HAVE BEEN TO GAS STATION RESTROOMS THAT WERE CLEANER. IF I HAD A CONDO IN THIS NICE PLACE, I WOULD AT LEAST CLEAN IT UP BEFORE I RENTED IT TO SOMEONE. ALSO IT SAYS FULL KITCHEN, BUT THERE IS ONLY A TWO BURNER STOVE TOP AND A SMALL MICROWAVE NO OVEN. RENTER BEWARE!!!!
Owner response:This is our first nonpositive review in 3 years. The condo is professionally cleaned (we do not live in the area). If the guest had contacted us we would have had the condo cleaned immediately. The ad does not state a full kitchen nor is there any mention of an oven.

We loved our 6 night stay at Starfish in Seacrest Beach. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The views from the large balcony were amazing! The pictures don't do it justice! It's a lot closer to the ocean than it looks. We've been vacationing on the Emerald Coast for years and this is the closest we've stayed to the water and the best rate. The Inn at Seacrest is a gem and this unit is the best! Beautifully decorated and the owners have thought of everything from storage, to a cooktop, plenty of cooking items, you name it....everything you need for your home away from home. The bed was extremely comfortable- not your average standard hotel bed. The only negative was that the washer/dryer unit was not working, but who wants to do laundry while on vacation? You won't find a better accomodations so close to the beach in such a nice area.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

My girlfriend and I had such a nice stay. We did not rent a car, but instead took a taxi from the new airport and rented bicycles which you can get delivered for a reasonable rate. The unit has a well organized welcome binder with brochures/menus from restaurants, entertainment options and plenty of nearby bike shop options. We took a few nice rides, including one to Seaside and another to Publix in Watercolor. The natural scenery, smooth trails and diversity of houses made the rides visually stimulating. As for the unit, the pictures very accurately represent it. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained and the owners were very helpful in answering questions. I would definitely recommend this rental to a friend or relative. We loved the style and functionality of the studio. The main lighting source (besides the sun in the day) was funky and efficient as all the strongly lit mini-lights were well placed throughout the unit. The bed shelves were convenient and stylish and the shower head had a nice dispersal of water. One of the most impressive characteristics was the quality and selection of the kitchen utensils, pots and pans. We cooked almost every night and these items made it that much easier to do so. We often ate, as well as took some siestas, on the wildly spacious deck. In addition, we used the binoculars at the beach and one day saw dolphins and sharks. As you probably know, the beaches are amazing. The sand first appears like your feet are being dipped in flour. There were some warnings about jelly fish but we did not see any. Last but not least, we got great use of the outdoor pool and hot tub which were clean and not heavily populated. All in all, this was a great place to be for a few days. Thank you to the owners for making it so welcoming!

We loved your condo. The center unit was very big great for a couple with no kids.Very easy access to 3rd floor elevator opened up at door. Walked the first two days to the beach then realized we could take the tram. Close to good food in seagrove ate at Wild Olives for lunch.Pool was nice only complaint hot tub was broken but other than that very well maintained.Nice balcony with great view of ocean and pool.Furnishings were very nice had a comfy bed. Easy acces to seaside and great restraunts also close enough to destin to go for dinner. Beaches were great not crowded at all. We walked to Alys beach our last night and my wife steeped on a rattlesnake so we spent the last night in the ER. . She is fine.We will definitly be back we loved it thanks for making it easy. Also loved the code for door made it easy without keys to keep up with.

This place was really great. All the amenities you could want. The balcony was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed the view of the Gulf. The furnishing were very nice - the stereo and flat screen tv were a bonus. The kitchen facilities were top notch. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. A very relaxing get away - you will love this place and it is close to all of the great restaurants in the area. I would recommend bringing or renting bikes during your stay. Most everything is within walking distance, but biking was fun. Highly recommended!!!

My husband and I LOVED this unit!!! We have been down to 30-A MANY times for vacation and we hit the jackpot on this one!!! The balcony is HUGE! It rained the whole time on us, but we were able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the rain without getting wet(even took a nap on the couch outside!). Perfect size for a couples getaway week and priced VERY reasonable. The owners were so nice and accommodating to our needs. Will definitely come back to this unit!! Too many great comments to mention!!!!!
