It is four (4) miles from Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Hot Springs National Park, Bath Houses, Antique Stores, Artist Galleries, Convention Center, Fine Restaurants, Hot Springs Mountain Tower & Hiking Trails. It is convenient to all Hot Springs attractions. This is a 1970's type home. It has a full size kitchen with Refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, pots & pans, dishes. New washer & dryer for your convenience. Two bedrooms have Queen Size Beds. The third bedroom is available with weekly rentals only and has a daybed with trundle bed. The living/dining area has TV and DVD player. Pets may be allowed, please inquire. Fenced back yard. No Smoking.
