Second level features 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bath plus a master suite including a jacuzzi tub and access to a deck with ocean view. Third level features the great room living and dining areas, kitchen, junior master bedroom with private bath, powder room and a spacious deck with fantastic ocean views. All bedrooms and living area have TVs, most with DVD players.
Home is located at 54th Street on the Promenade, a 1.5 mile paved walk along the ocean, ideal for walking and cycling - great, safe area for kids. Walk into town in less than 10 minutes.
Comfy beds and bedding. 1 king, 1 queen, 3 full, 2 twin and 1 full futon. Bedding includes pillows, comforters, blankets and mattress pads. You only need to bring your sheets and towels - everything else is included.
Beach tags and beach chairs (10 each) are included. Cleaning supplies and kitchen linens provided.
MAXIMUM guests on site is 14.
