A gorgeous, brand new, tastefully furnished villa comprised of three buildings and a private swimming pool located on the 16th hole of Huatulco's picturesque golf course. We also offer free use of our 4-door, 2008 family car for bookings of 7 days or more (must rent entire villa).
The villa consists of one large home and two casitas. The home has 1 bedroom, 2 baths, kitchen, dining room, living room, bar, and den that could be used as an additional sleeping area. There is also a built-in outdoor grill and three separate patios, two of them facing the pool and golf course.
The two casitas each have 2 double beds, large bathrooms with double sinks, and a kitchenette including a small refrigerator, sink, and coffee maker. Both casitas have lovely outdoor sitting areas facing the pool.
Lovely beaches are just steps away. . . it is a two minute walk to the beach and the charming town of Tangolunda. Huatulco and Santa Cruz are less than five minutes away by car.
You may choose to rent the entire property, or one or both casitas. The villa is also available for events.

We stayed at this property in early January with a group of 8 adults and had a great time. The pictures on this website do not capture how beautiful the house and property truly are. We were very impressed with the accommodations - spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, large rooms, beautiful bathrooms, and a full kitchen with all cooking materials. There are 3 bedrooms, which worked for our group as we were a family; however if traveling with couples only, I would recommend only 6 adults (3 couples). The area felt very safe, and it was only a short walk to shops, restaurants and pubs. The owners replied to all of our emails quickly and making the reservation was very straightforward. The caretaker, Marco, lives down the street and made himself readily available for any questions we had. He even booked us a snorkeling trip on a private boat for a great price. He can answer any questions you have about the area. We are hoping to go back in the future and will recommend this property to our friends and family as well!
Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
