This is a dream house located on the Great South Bay in Davis Park Fire Island, a 20 minute ferry ride from Patchogue. Exactly a 2 minute walk to the beach. The sunsets are breathtaking.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 upstairs with 2.5 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower, downstairs has 1 bedroom and bath. The dining room is glass enclosed and overlooks a large deck and faces the bay. The bedrooms are quite large with ceiling fans and air-conditioning.
Davis Park/Ocean Ridge is a small quiet community surrounded on both sides by national seashore park. There is one store, one bar/restaurant, and one snack shack. You can walk or take a water taxi to the Pines or some of the larger communities. You can have groceries and fresh fish or meat delivered from the mainland.
