  We loved this condo! It was soooo nice. The balcony view was soo pretty. We loved the decorations and paintings around the house! We Loved Everything!!! Hopefully we will be back next year!

  It's our second stay here on AMI. We had a wonderful two weeks in this very nice and cozy condo. The contact to Joel & Denise was very pleasant. They were very helpful and friendly. We are sure that we come back. We wish all a great time in this Waterfront Paradise.

  For the past 15+ years we have vacationed on the island of Maui for the month of February. We can no longer make the long plane trip there and where grateful to find this lovely condo. Most of our time was spent exploring the island and simply enjoying the lanai and the beautiful scenery. We spent our evenings in the condo which we found very comfortable and which met all of our needs. Joel and Denise were absolutely wonderful to deal with and were most attentive to our needs. They did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable and easy and we were most grateful. We hope we can return again next year.

  We just got back from a wonderful return stay in Bradenton Beach and first time stay in this condo. It was fantastic! The location was different from where we've stayed in the past (more central 'downtown', if you can call it that) within walking distance of Bridge Street, shops, bars, restaurants, great ice cream (!?) and of course the beach. This condo is as direct Gulf-front as they get with stunning views and very easy access to the beach from right next to the parking garage. The only negatives - and I mention only in the interest of stating things I wish I knew beforehand not that they were really negative - was that the pool is a little smaller than I thought it would be. The picture is accurate, but I guess I just didn't realize the scale. It's also shaded which is great with little kids but can be chilly for adults. In the end, it wasn't an issue at all. The pool was never crowded and we had fantastic warm weather so the shade was welcome. Second, given the great central location the street-facing bedrooms can be a little bit loud from street noise and bar/music noise. It was only a real bother the first night (Saturday) and I contacted the owner about it, truly wondering if it was going to be every night and ruin our vacation. He was responsive, concerned and helpful. He contacted the bar to lower the music, and they did. He also assured me it is only on the weekends and it's not usually as loud as it was that night. I can confirm that we barely heard it the balance of the week and then the last night, Friday, we heard it again but it wasn't loud at all and they were finished up by 10. It ended up not being a big deal at all but I still wish I'd known about it going in just so I would have been prepared and known it wouldn't have been an all-week thing. We made a day trip to Disney World which is an easy 2 hour all interstate drive - totally doable. My Mom has commented that the beds there are more comfortable than hers at home and she's looking into buying a foam topper to add to her bed :) All in it was a fantastic vacation with unseasonably warm January weather and a very responsive and helpful host in Joel. Thanks again, Joel. I hope we get to visit again!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  My Grandma is in a wheelchair and she had absolutely no problems getting around and enjoying the beach. Trolley was also very accomodating, the drivers were wonderful. I have no complaints and we will be back again! :)

  This condo is Absolutely Fabulous! The view is so relaxing & wonderful. Everything was provided - we ate out and stayed in. Most days we ate breakfast in the condo, we split lunch in and out - most evenings we went out. Everything is within walking distance or just a short drive on Cortez. Joel - Steve & I are extremely please with your condo -feel free to use as an A+++ Rating! - This is the perfect vacation spot - we will return!

  Thank you Joel for being so accomodating to our ever changing schedule. These last 6 months have worn on us all. These last 10 days have been a much needed break and we can't thank you enough. Once we are through surgery & have more knowns in our life, we will for sure be back. You are a pleasure to work with and your home exceeds all expectations. This has been by far the best vacation we've had in years.
