Palmwood Villas is a family-oriented 36-unit, 3 story 2 building complex. It is located on Crescent Beach in North Myrtle Beach. The fenced-in courtyard, sundeck and pool are on the beachside of the complex. There is a poolside outdoor shower and gated access to the ocean. Resident managers live on the premises. Pets are not permitted in the units or on the premises.

Our comfortable, well maintained second floor unit features a screened-in porch with a view of the ocean and pool area. It has a combination living, dining and kitchen area and is fully-carpeted throughout the living and dining areas and bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has two single beds and a half bath.

We rent to families and responsible adults only.

  • Our unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, full size range with self-cleaning oven and overhead microwave, disposal, blender and coffeemaker, We have a 25" TV and VCR in the living room, a 19" LCD TV in the master bedroom, a 9" TV in bedroom #3, central heating/AC, an iron and ironing board, and a storage locker on the parking level. We do not have a washer and dryer. There are commercial size washers and dryers on the premise. We have a non-smoking unit. Guests may smoke on our screened-in porch. Linen service is available for an additional fee.
