Three minutes and your feet are in the sand on our beautiful Atlantic Ocean Beach! Bring your bathing suit and suntan lotion! Or enjoy a great view of the ocean while relaxing on the second floor balcony.
This Villa is located at the ocean front Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort on Folly Field Road just off William Hilton Parkway on beautiful Hilton Head Island, S.C. The resort features World Class Tennis with 10 lighted courts, and the largest swimming pool on the island. There is a beach bar and grill and a "kiddie pool" for the little ones located next to the main pool. The resort also has a fitness center, bike rentals, and outside BBQ areas near the Villas. A newly remodeled Sports Bar and Restaurant named The Zone is conveniently located at the Ocean Center Building with food and beverages. The Ocean Center often features family and kid programs during the summer vacation season including live alligators!
Hilton Head Island offers all the amenities you could want on a vacation at the beach including a variety of water sports and fishing and biking trails. Don't miss out on the Great island shopping and fabulous restaurants, many serving delicious fresh local seafood. Yoy can dine casual or dress up a little if you like.
The resort is gated with twenty four hour security. An elevator is located in each building and a coin operated washer and dryer are just a few steps down the hall from our Villa.
The Villa has a full kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Linens, soap and shampoo are supplied. Watch cable TV in the Living Room or the Bedroom or relax with a DVD movie. Internet service is also available free of charge in the Villa.
A new luxurious queen bed with an overhead paddle fan and bed side reading lights will make you want to stay longer. There is also a double bunk bed for children and a Queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room which makes sleeping six easy.
This Villa is No Smoking and No Pets. You will find it clean and neat and a perfect beach vacation getaway.

This condo was just perfect for our family of 4! It was clean, up to date, and had so many comforts of home! We felt right at home right away and the owners were so pleasant to deal with. The walk to the beach and to the pool were quick and easy and the view from their porch was beautiful! We spent every evening playing cards on the deck and listening to the ocean! Thanks again for allowing us to rent from you! We will be back next July! -Brumfield family

This villa located at the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is ideal in its location. It is easily accessible being on the second floor and close to the stairs. It has a great view of the beach and is within easy walking distance to the beach and resort pool. The owners of the villa were extremely easy to deal with and took obvious care of their beach villa. The villa itself is beautifully decorated with all necessary amenities and more. Everything about our beach trip and staying at this villa was great.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
