  This unit is a gem! The condo is clean and comfortable and furnished nicely. The Berber carpet and recessed lighting make it warm and inviting. Owners are so nice and accommodating! The balcony view and ocean breeze are wonderful. The beach is pristine and within a very short walking distance. We have stayed in this unit three times, and each time we have come away completely satisfied and with great memories of a vacation well spent! We certainly look forward to coming back in the futrue!

  The villa was clean, comfortable and we loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. The resort was kid friendly (we have three young boys) and is a VERY SHORT walk to the pristine beaches that HHI has to offer. The villa owners were wonderful, helpful and an absolute pleasure to rent from, thank you so much! We're already planning a return trip!

  Our first trip to HH, wow the island is amazing. Really enjoyed the town and beach. This condo was perfect for us! Located very very close to the beach.Less than 50 yard walk on the boardwalk, and your on the beach! Being on the second floor and close to the steps made it very easy to come and go. The condo was in perfect condition. One of the best places we have stayed at. The kids LOVED the bunk beds. You are able to shut two doors and it becomes their very own room. We were shocked at how comfortable the beds were, A++. We felt at home the whole visit. I have already reccomended this unit to friends. Owners are SO nice. Wanted us to have a great trip and if we needed anything, we should call them. We were treated like family! Dont hesitiate, rent this condo! You wont be disappointed at all. We will be back SOON!!!!! Thanks for letting us use your place on the beach!

  This condo was just perfect for our family of 4! It was clean, up to date, and had so many comforts of home! We felt right at home right away and the owners were so pleasant to deal with. The walk to the beach and to the pool were quick and easy and the view from their porch was beautiful! We spent every evening playing cards on the deck and listening to the ocean! Thanks again for allowing us to rent from you! We will be back next July! -Brumfield family

  This villa located at the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is ideal in its location. It is easily accessible being on the second floor and close to the stairs. It has a great view of the beach and is within easy walking distance to the beach and resort pool. The owners of the villa were extremely easy to deal with and took obvious care of their beach villa. The villa itself is beautifully decorated with all necessary amenities and more. Everything about our beach trip and staying at this villa was great.
