Fully furnished with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. A great location to spend your family vacation. The home sits just 13 stairs off of the water, you can relax on the grassy area by the beach with your feet in the water or sit out on the dock and take in the views to both the east and the west. Excellent sun exposure all day! While lounging outside you will enjoy watching all the boats and jet skis that are entering into Black Rock Marina. The Rockford Escape is located just minutes from the Black Rock Marina. You can drive, walk or boat to enjoy a family dinner or lunch on the patio. Boat gas and groceries are available. If you decide to stay indoors you will not miss out! There are spectacular views from inside the living, dining room and the kitchen. So even if you are selected to make dinner for the evening, you can still enjoy all the views of RockfordBay. Don’t forget you can use the Gas BBQ on the deck as well. When the sun goes down there is a screened in sundeck area, perfect for star gazing! The large Master has a King size bed and lots of sunlight. There is a writing desk in case you brought some work with you. Several windows open up so that you can enjoy the sun and views while you work. The home also has two other guest rooms. One room has a queen bed and a full bath. The other a smaller room with a bunk bed. Perfect for the kids! Rockford Escape is located just 20 minutes from Coeur d’Alene by car and 30 minutes by boat.
