My goal is simple....to underpromise and overdeliver on all of my beach rental properties. I want to give you the absolute best value in vacation rentals today. Because you contacted me owner-direct, I will eliminate all the "junk" fees normally charged by the large property management firms in Gulf Shores. Gone are all commissions, processing fees, and exorbitant housecleaning fees. I want you to feel the value you're getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! The Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club is known throughout the Southeastern United States as a premier upscale golf and tennis community where you can come with family and friends to relax and unwind!
The Peninsula is conveniently located just 10 miles west of downtown Gulf Shores. You will enjoy all the restaurants, movie theaters, shopping, and world class beaches Gulf Shores is known for. And then, of course, is the golf course. 27 holes of brilliantly designed golf meanders through marsh, wetlands, and nature preserves. The course is guaranteed to challenge your ability and will inspire you with its beauty. Perfectly manicured, maintained and groomed, you will never want to go anywhere else for your ultimate golf vacation.
The condominium, Par Tee, is located behind the Peninsula's guarded gate house. The property includes a beautiful club house, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, tennis club, 10 clay tennis courts, fitness center, restaurant, 27 holes of award winning golf (with GPS in all carts), and access to Mobile Bay via a gorgeous boardwalk. Fishing and crabbing is a favorite hobby for all Peninsula guests!
Par Tee features a very roomy 2 Bedroom 2 Bath set up. You will enjoy high speed wireless Internet access, granite counter tops, cable TV's, upscale furnishings, a beautiful fairway view, and of course access to one of the premier golf courses in Alabama. You will also enjoy a reciprocal amenity agreement with the Beach Club, a beautiful gulf front condominium resort featuring 3 gulf front swimming pools, spa, restaurant, and of course, our world class beach. You will want for nothing!
Prices for all of my properties include everything except Alabama state sales tax, and a nominal cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is standard amongst all of my properties ($25/bedroom,$10/bathroom, $50/common area)and is paid directly to the housekeepers. Zero mark-ups. It includes all towels and linens. A $45 damage waiver is required insurance to protect you in the event of any mishaps. For your convenience, I can also offer optional trip insurance called "Travel Guard", from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended!!!).
