Its a new building and very quiet.
Watch for dolphins, sting rays and sharks along with families of pelicans flying by at eye level from the balcony.
Several golf courses nearby.
There is a quaint little Italian restaurant(Pasta Grill) one block to the West on Front Beach Road along with a grocery store (Carousal) one mile to the west. Check out the new, highly acclaimed, Pier Park town center with its many restaurants, just 2 miles to the East.
Panama City Beach information center is nearby at the intersection of hwys 98 & 79.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
On most days I like to take a five mile hike along the beach, from our condo at Celadon down to the new pier, at Pier Park and back. Its such a joy. Later my wife and I enjoy strolling around the new "amazing" Pier Park checking out the interesting shops, all the while timing our trip for an early dinner at the Baha Grill. Other joys we experience while staying at our condo include bicycling around Carillon Beach, walking the European modeled sidewalks of Rosemary Beach and attending concerts in the Seaside Amphitheater on the green (We never miss the yard sale they have in Feburary either). You may recall that Seaside is where they filmed the movie "The Truman Show" staring Jim Cary. His movie set home is still there.

Growing up in Minnesota we always had a love for the ocean and often went there on our family vacations. After retirement we made a trip to Panama City Beach on a recommendation of a friend. We fell in love with the place with its white sand beaches, emerald green gulf water and the lack of traffic congestion. Throw all that in with the new Pier Park, new airport and all the many other new enhancements to the area and we couldn't buy our new condo fast enough back in 2004. We feel like we found a real winner in the "new" Panama City Beach.
