The Unique Benefits at this Condo
On most days I like to take a five mile hike along the beach, from our condo at Celadon down to the new pier, at Pier Park and back. Its such a joy. Later my wife and I enjoy strolling around the new "amazing" Pier Park checking out the interesting shops, all the while timing our trip for an early dinner at the Baha Grill. Other joys we experience while staying at our condo include bicycling around Carillon Beach, walking the European modeled sidewalks of Rosemary Beach and attending concerts in the Seaside Amphitheater on the green (We never miss the yard sale they have in Feburary either). You may recall that Seaside is where they filmed the movie "The Truman Show" staring Jim Cary. His movie set home is still there.

Growing up in Minnesota we always had a love for the ocean and often went there on our family vacations. After retirement we made a trip to Panama City Beach on a recommendation of a friend. We fell in love with the place with its white sand beaches, emerald green gulf water and the lack of traffic congestion. Throw all that in with the new Pier Park, new airport and all the many other new enhancements to the area and we couldn't buy our new condo fast enough back in 2004. We feel like we found a real winner in the "new" Panama City Beach.

The Condo “Pelican Perch” was very large and roomy. Gorgeous, well maintained condo in one of the best (quiet) spots on PCB. Our family enjoyed the large space, the hot tubs, heated pool and cable TV/internet was a plus (for our rainy day)… The wooden chairs on the porch were perfect for looking at the magnificent Sunset views. Pier Park shopping/dining was outstanding. This truly was a home away from home and we will certainly return! THANKS!

Again, this condo has exceeded our expectations!! This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and it has become our home away from home for one week a year. It is on the quiet end of PCB, Alvin's is right across the street, it's not far from Pier Park and grocery stores. The interior is very welcoming and since it is a corner unit it seems even more spacious with outstanding views!! The wrap around balcony with the Adirondack chairs is my personal favorite place once we come up from the beach. Watching the dolphins in the morning is a great way to start the day and watching the sun set is a great way to end it. The six of us young middle-aged (cringe) women hope to be back again in 2012!!

I had three lady friends over last night. They were so impressed with your place. There's really nothing else like it on the beach, and I've been coming for 31 years. Did you put up the shelves and wainscoating? And all those pastels are wonderful! The homemade quilts on the beds are beautiful. I'm full of admiration for your talents! I just sit on the sofa and admire the place, then I look out at the water and admire that. Pretty darn nice.

Thank you, Kannas family, for sharing your place with our family. It was absolutely PERFECT! The whole home was cleaner than I ever expected. The decor was lovely and relaxing. Kudos to your decorator! We felt comfortable everywhere from the kitchen to the bath. The beds were super comfortable and all the bedrooms were roomy enough for a family of 7, kids ranging from 7-21 years. The view was great and the only noise we heard was of the ocean. The kitchen had all dishwear and cooking utensils that I needed, please thank your cleaning staff for us. There was nothing that I questioned in cleanliness. We probably should not have spent our money on beach service, your chairs and umbrella would have been sufficient but with so many of us, I thought we might have needed more. I'll save my money next year if we're lucky enough to return. Thank you again

Large, gorgeous, new, well maintained condo in one of the best buildings on the beach. Family of 6 enjoyed all the space, the hot tub, heated pool, tennis courts, satellite tv, and wooden chairs on the porch. Sunset and sunrise views. Great shopping and food nearby. Owners are very pleasant and easy to deal with. We will certainly return!
