  My husband and I have rented this condo for the last two years in a row and we LOVE it. The decor is so refreshing, light and CLEAN. It is a true beach experience - very relaxing and the views are incredible. We can honestly say that this is the BEST value on the beach as we looked at almost every condo complex on the strip and would not stay anywhere else. We would have paid double the price to find something we liked better but it just does not exist. Seaside and Rosemary Beach are just a short drive away and the shopping at Pier Park is really fun. The owners are fabulous to work with - very, very nice!

  A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful coastline and local amenities. Lots of fun activities in the area and you cannot beat the views from the balcony or the gorgeous sunsets.

  The Condo “Pelican Perch” was very large and roomy. Gorgeous, well maintained condo in one of the best (quiet) spots on PCB. Our family enjoyed the large space, the hot tubs, heated pool and cable TV/internet was a plus (for our rainy day)… The wooden chairs on the porch were perfect for looking at the magnificent Sunset views. Pier Park shopping/dining was outstanding. This truly was a home away from home and we will certainly return! THANKS!

  Again, this condo has exceeded our expectations!! This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and it has become our home away from home for one week a year. It is on the quiet end of PCB, Alvin's is right across the street, it's not far from Pier Park and grocery stores. The interior is very welcoming and since it is a corner unit it seems even more spacious with outstanding views!! The wrap around balcony with the Adirondack chairs is my personal favorite place once we come up from the beach. Watching the dolphins in the morning is a great way to start the day and watching the sun set is a great way to end it. The six of us young middle-aged (cringe) women hope to be back again in 2012!!

  We were at this condo May 2011. Beautiful decor, great location & wonderful owners. We had a family of 8 staying at the condo with 4 generations included. Everyone had a wonderful time. We made memories to last a lifetime. Highly recommend this condo & hope to return sometime.

  I had three lady friends over last night. They were so impressed with your place. There's really nothing else like it on the beach, and I've been coming for 31 years. Did you put up the shelves and wainscoating? And all those pastels are wonderful! The homemade quilts on the beds are beautiful. I'm full of admiration for your talents! I just sit on the sofa and admire the place, then I look out at the water and admire that. Pretty darn nice.

  Kannas Family: My family and I had a wonderful stay at your condo. It was very clean, and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend your unit to anyone. The view was amazing!!!   Thank you, Kannas family, for sharing your place with our family. It was absolutely PERFECT! The whole home was cleaner than I ever expected. The decor was lovely and relaxing. Kudos to your decorator! We felt comfortable everywhere from the kitchen to the bath. The beds were super comfortable and all the bedrooms were roomy enough for a family of 7, kids ranging from 7-21 years. The view was great and the only noise we heard was of the ocean. The kitchen had all dishwear and cooking utensils that I needed, please thank your cleaning staff for us. There was nothing that I questioned in cleanliness. We probably should not have spent our money on beach service, your chairs and umbrella would have been sufficient but with so many of us, I thought we might have needed more. I'll save my money next year if we're lucky enough to return. Thank you again

  Unit was clean, roomy, comfortable and had fantastic views. It was a perfect vacation and a big reason was the condo. Weather was perfect but if it hadn't been, spending time in this condo would have been a pleasure. Owners are very nice to work with, would recommend this unit to anyone!!!!

  We stayed in this condo in October 2009 and it was FABULOUS!! Great layout, great view, furniture nice and comfy. Kitchen well equipped! We will be back next year!!!
