Living room, dining room and three bedroom all have sliding glass doors onto the wrap around deck. Long wooded drive offers privacy from the road. The house is equipped with a gourmet Viking stove with 6 burner cook top and grill. The house offers a master bedroom with oversized king bed connected by master bath to second bedroom with 2 twin beds. The two guest rooms, each equipped with a king size bed, are connected by a full bath. A third bath with shower is located in the common area. The house has an oversized wood burning fireplace with gas starter and wood is provided. The house has a cedar deck across the full back of the house overlooking the water. The house is ideally situated at the end of a cove and offers quiet solitude in the evenings, but is literally less than a minute from the main channel. Located around the corner from restaurants, both by land and by water.

We have stayed two times now and I am in love with both the property and owner.. it is so close to the town and all that there is to do.. yet when u get back you feel like you are on a island.. as a group of 5 women in need of a break it was perfect.. The second on was a family trip.. my husband has not had a vacation on 15 years.. we have never seen him so relaxed.. he liked it so much has asked if we are rebooking for this summer..the owner has been the easiest to deal with...never any problems.. cannot not wait to get dates to rebook this year.

The place was perfect! Due to the weather, we actually ended up moving our daughter's wedding to this rental (was supposed to be at a park). It couldn't have worked out better. There was plenty of space, seating, the view was great, lovely. Impressed the guests. Just wish my husband and I could have had more time to enjoy it all before and after the wedding. Would definately consider returning...

My sister came from Texas and we came from Kentucky. We had an incredible week. The house layout is perfect! The living area is on one end and the bedrooms are on the other end! Perfect for early birds and night owls, too!! The house is very nicely decorated! Comfortable beds. Very private cove for swimming. Super clean. Could use a few more staples in the kitchen. Big pots, more plates, etc. Owner was incredibly flexible, accommodating and helpful with recommendations in town. We'll be back.

This is a fabulous home, immaculate in every detail. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It is close to everything in Hot Springs, yet is very private. Can’t wait to go back! You will not be disappointed in this home!
