The home sits on a 3rd of an acre providing significant privacy. There is a dramatic river-rock fireplace with an artfully fashioned custom mantel. Open vaulted ceilings throughout the upper level. A wonderful centerpiece for the gathering together of family and friends.

In addition to the great room on the upper level there is a family room on the lower level that has a TV/VCR/DVD and has a queen hide-a-bed
Directly off the dining room is the outrageous, wrapping deck with lounge furnishings and barbecue grill. From the deck, skyline views offer guests the ideal place to experience brilliant sunsets and sparkling, night skies... bright with romance and starlight.

My family got together here for Labor Day. It was a great house and had everything we needed and more. We used the pool and tennis passes, the bikes were great, we all loved the ping pong table, and the hot tub was a great way to end the day! The owner was very accomodating and helpful! This is a great house to rent. :)

This is a fabulous home - lots of space and very well equipped. We were a family of 5 plus 1 and it was the perfect size. Having use of the local swiming pool and having bikes at the house was a wonderful bonus. We hope to be back! This is the perfect family vacation for those who like the outdoors - there is great hiking in the area for all ages, as well as biking, canoeing, white water rafting, etc.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Hi potential renter, Our family has stayed in this home almost every year for the past 4 years...maybe longer. And we love it. Our girls love taking over the downstairs. We love that there are always enough bikes for all of us. The location is perfect for biking anywhere in sunriver. We highly recommend this home. The kitchen is well stocked and I absolutely love the master bathtub! You will not be disappointed.
