  Our stay exceeded expectations. The property was perfect for our group. Bedrooms and baths were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all tools needed. The family room made our end of the day relaxing easy. Getting around the area was easy. The towns of Occidental, Bodega, and Sebastipol are close for good eating and supplies. Working with Tom was very easy and accommodating. Directions to the property and information regarding the facility were clear and easy to follow. We will return.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  This home was beautiful and close to town and close to Ocean Song where my cousin was married. We had such a relaxing weekend at Tom's place. Tom was so easy to work with and was available to answer any questions we had. Thanks again and I hope we can enjoy your property again!

  Your house was enchanting, to say the least. The setting, in the forest, was incredible! Watching the deer from your deck was a thrill for all of us. Thank you so much for letting us share your home! We will be back at our next earliest opportunity. Your place is impossible to describe in words or pictures. One needs to experience it to believe it. We fell in love! :)

  Our family had a week long respite at Tom's beautiful house in the Redwoods. The house is well-maintained and well stocked with necessities.The redwood trees surrounding the house are gorgeous. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, this is the place to do it.

  Tom, we just can't thank you enough for sharing your home. It was clear from the moment we stepped in that this was truly someone's home and not an "investment only" property. The woodwork and all the decorations were just magnificent. I loved the the garden path to the big tree with the gnomes resting at the base. I have a similar one in my front flower bed at home. Of course now we all want to go home and redecorate our houses! Thanks so much !

  Tom, What an enchanting home in which to honor the bride and groom for their rehearsal dinner. As every guest arrived, they reveled in the beauty of your home and the delightful patio surrounded by the redwoods (where we spent most of the evening). Your home was far beyond our expectations. The size of the entertainment area was perfect and the upstairs was so spacious and relaxing. Your home so added to the joy of the occasion. Thank you so much for the use of your home, and also for the quick reimbursement of our deposit. We would certainly enjoy the comfort of your home again.

  We rented Tom's lovely home when we were in the area for our son's wedding. Escaping from the city we were amazed at the absolute quiet of the area. We found it to be a wonderful retreat with beautiful scenery, large double decks and a very comfortable, well decorated interior. The open concept kitchen and great room were perfect for the family. The master suite was great. This home exceeded our expectations and was so much better than going to a hotel! Tom was very easy to work with and prompt with responses to questions as well returning our security deposit after our stay. I would definitely recommend this location.

  This place comes highly recommended. We greatly enjoyed our time here! The house genuinely felt like a home. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use. The beds were comfortable and it was quite easy to sleep well. The owner, Tom, was easy to work with and responded promptly to inquiries. Stay here if you can!

  You have such a beautiful home and we really enjoyed our stay there. It is in a perfect location - the seclusion and tranquility of the redwood forest - yet close to Occidental, the Wild Flour Bakery and the ocean. My husband and I could not decide what we liked best - the huge kitchen-living area, the master bedroom with the jacuzzi, or the decks to relax on in the cool weather. We look forward to returning one day and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in that area.
