The complex is in a safe, gated, and extremely quiet community that gives you 2 parking spots. It is painted with warm and cheerful colors with terra-cotta roofs and beautiful tropical landscaping throughout. It also has a beautiful pool, pool house and outdoor shower area. Pool and landscaping is maintained on a regular basis. Grounds are immaculate.
First floor master with queen bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, full bathroom and washer and dryer area with slop sink. Second floor has a bathroom, full stainless steel kitchen with granite countertops, bar area with kitchen table and beautifully decorated living room with plenty of ceiling fans, with a nice sizel balcony off of it. Top floor is a large covered balcony with lounge chairs, a gas bbq grill and wet bar, perfect for entertaining or listening to the ocean roar, or the coqui frogs at night!
In the top 5 surf spots in the world, you are able to check the waves from the roof deck. Plenty of things to do like swimming, snorkeling, shelling, golf, fishing, horseback riding, or take a yoga class down the block! If you are looking for a down to earth vacation, this is it!
Located only 1/2 hour from Aguadilla Airport, 2 hours from San Juan and only a short distance from other area attractions like rain forests and caves, diving excursions, banana boating, parasailing, horseback riding, etc. Arrangements can be made for airport pick-up and drop off, as well as food shopping done for you prior to arrival. Arrangements can be made for extremely reliable and trustworthy babysitting as well. Make the vacation what you want it to be--you will leave with great memories visiting this special place Rincon!
Also, this smal 19 unit complex has a back up generator and an underground water cistern in the event the power goes out or there is a shortgage of water. This is an important feature as these powere outages and water shortgages do happen on tropical, carribean islands. No worries for whoever stays here though! Many places do not offer this, so know that you are staying in a top notch place!

- There is a back up generator and if you have ever been on a carribean tropical island, this is a major plus because you will not be without electiricity. Also there is a pump with a 100 gallon water supply back up as well if there is a shortage of water. There are many places in RIncon that do not offer this luxury so rest assured you are staying in a top notch place.

We travelled with 17 month old twins and enjoyed our week-long stay. The bedrooms were quiet and stayed cool with a/c, while the open living/dining area was ideal for our family of four. The pool is conveniently located next to the condo. The better swimming beaches are a 10 minute walk away. The manager is helpful and responsive to any issues and his daughter did a great job babysitting for us. The roof terrace is expansive and great for grilling. We especially enjoyed walking to various restaurants.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have traveled to Rincón several times in the past and usually stay at a hotel just down the road from this rental. Now with a kid, we wanted to be in an apartment with a kitchen, etc. The owners – who live in NY – are very responsive to questions before the rental period and even acquired baby gates for us. The rental has a local site manager for while you're there and need something. The manager was very punctual in meeting us, and very professional. So nice to have a place with access to a pool for the little one, and restaurants are nearby. For surfers, Parking Lot is the nearest break. Highly recommend and will stay again! Fantastic first HomeAway experience.
