Walk 2 blocks to Del Mar Racetrack or 1 block to Cedros Avenue for stylish shopping and there are at least 12-15 restaurants you can walk to right from the condo--or just grab a pizza and picnic on the beach, JUST STEPS BELOW THE COMPLEX!
