Sandpiper Villa is a three-bedroom, two and one-half bath home located just two blocks from the beach. It has been totally remodeled and features Travertine marble flooring in all ground floor rooms and new carpet in the upper floor. This house is outfitted with the highest quality features and comes fully equipped with everything you will need to make your visit a vacation to remember, including: WI-FI, DVD player, LCD TVs in the living room and the family room as well as in every bedroom.
The pier and Main Street shops and restaurants are a 15 minute walk ( a 3 minute drive) away - near enough to access easily yet far enough away to escape the noise and crowds. The home contains everything you'll want for a day at the beach including: boogie-boards, towels, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, beach chairs, and a wagon for transporting items. “Dwight’s at the Beach”, "Zacks" and other vendors located near the pier rent bicycles and other items for beach front activities.
The ground floor of the home features a large living room with cathedral ceiling, a large stained glass window, a fireplace and a large screen LCD TV. French doors open onto a patio surrounded by beautiful plantings. Also on this floor is the separate dining area with its own wine refrigerator and bar area. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances opens into the family room with its own large screen TV. Just off the family room is another beautiful patio that includes a large in-ground spa, another dining area and a gas grill. The property also has a two car garage which houses the beach equipment.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom suite includes a separate “parent’s retreat room” with its own gas fireplace. The master suite also has a king size bed furnished with luxury linens and its own private balcony overlooking the rear patio and spa.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed while the third bedroom is set-up with twin beds but can be converted to a king-size bed on request. The family room and the living room both have top of the line queen-size sofa beds.
For golfers, the renowned Pelican Hills Golf Course, home of two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Tom Fazio, is located only 20 minutes away while other nearby courses like the Meadowlark Golf Club are only a few minutes away. For shoppers, Huntington Beach's "Bella Terra", Costa Mesa’s "South Coast Plaza" and Newport Beach’s "Fashion Island" are each less then a 15 minute drive and offer some of the best shopping in Southern California. For those simply looking for a pampered day of luxury, the Pacific Waters Spa at the Hyatt Regency is five minutes down the coast and the famous Montage Spa is a 25 minute drive.
We are conveniently located for access to all major theme parks with Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm both being only 20-25 minutes away. Of course, the beach itself is the star attraction with its 8.5-mile long oceanfront boardwalk for biking, roller blading and skateboarding. For beginning surfers, there is the world famous Corky Carroll’s Surf School. Activities abound on the beach including free outdoor concerts every Sunday during peak season, and professional sporting events throughout the year including the U.S. Open of Surfing, AVP Pro Beach Volleyball and the Surf City USA Marathon.
For more laid back activities there are more than 600 concrete fire rings for beach barbecues or a romantic evening in the cool night air.
The property is conveniently located near John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA), Long Beach Airport (LGB) and Los Angeles International (LAX).

We enjoyed the layout and accommodations. Great location close enough to the beach and pier, but not so close that parking is an issue. Easy drive to Disneyland and walks to the beach. The setup was great with the family room sufficiently removed from bedrooms to allow for adult decompression after days at the beach and Disneyland with the kids.
