Our family of 5 just returned from a fantastic week in Paris. The apartment was simply perfect for our needs. The three boys were quite comfortable in the children's room with bunk bed and trundle and the toys were just the ticket to keep them entertained after our days spent exploring the city. The location of the apartment was within easy walking distance of the Metro, grocery shopping, and playground. Emmanuelle was a pleasure to work with (quick to respond and to answer questions and accommodating to our family). The parking space available under the apartment was also a huge plus since we drove to Paris. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly to others.

We had the best of both worlds during our recent trip to Paris. There is anything you could want in Paris, but the luxury of getting away from the noise and crowds is what we had in our beautiful flat in Boulogne. The metro station is just a short walk away with full service grocery stores, great local restaurants, and for the kids, both McDonalds & KFC on your way home. My teenage son loved the available Murphy Bed, while my daughter curled up in her own bunk bed. It was neat to look out of the bedroom window late at night, and see the lights on the Eiffel Tower across the river. It was so nice to have the washer for our clothes as well as the WiFi. We missed seeing so much and plan to come back to this great city and with a family, this flat in charming Boulogne is the answer to your stay in Paris.

feel like a Parisian

We spent one week in this lovely apartment. We hesitated initially since it was our first time renting an apartment since we normally stay in luxury hotels. We also were not sure how convenient this location was as well. WELL we loved it! The area of Boulogne-Billancourt itself is a wonderful town with great shopping, great restaurants and the quintissential carousel in the middle of the town square. The train ride to Paris was never longer than 10 minutes and always on time. After a hectic day in Paris it was a relief to get back to the apartment (of course only after buying a baguette on the way) pouring a glass of wine and relaxing in our spacious, beautiful apartment. Cannot wait to do it again.

My family visited Paris for the first time and rented this apartment. The description is accurate! It is a lovely and wonderfully comfortable apartment. We have two teens and it was spacious enought that we each had our own space to retire too each night and yet the family room was comfortable for us all to watch movies in. The location is fantastic...very close to the metro and the neighborhood has everything you need very close by. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very nice. Emmanuelle was extremely helpful in answering questions and helped arrange for our ride from the airport. We even had a small problem with the DVD player and she had it fixed and replaced in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend this property and we will stay here the next time we visit Paris! My first trip to paris and I could not have done better picking a place to stay. This apartment is close to public transportation, shopping, restaurants, Velib bike station, etc. It is clean, spacious, nicely decorated and in a well maintained quiet and secure building. The owners are very accomodating and easy to contact while staying there. When I go back to Paris I will absolutely be staying here.

Lovely apartment a little out of Paris, but easily within the Metro lines. We stayed for a week with our two grown daughters and a friend joined us for a couple of days -- lots of room for all of us. We looked forward to coming "home" after a full day of sightseeing, relaxing and cooking our meals. The shopping and restaurants in the area were very handy. We didn't have enough time to really explore the neighborhood but would love to next time.

Excellent Apartment for a week in Paris

This is an excellent apartment for 2-4 (maybe more) near Paris. The pictures and description of the apartment were accurate. The owner was very easy to deal with and answered all of my questions. There was convenient access to Paris by subway or bus (my preference). The apartment was large and comfortable and the kitchen was very well furnished and easy to use. There was good shopping for groceries, wine, bakery goods and a butcher nearby. There was one really good restaurant within a 5 minute walk and many other good places to eat within a short walk. If you like movies, there was a nice movie theater that was very close. I really enjoyed the neighborhood, and we stayed in Boulogne-billiancourt for two of the days we were there. The Albert Kahn garden and museum were well worth seeing and made a nice, quiet break from the crowds in Paris. There were two of us in the apartment for a week in May, 2011. We have stayed in holiday rental apartments/houses in the US and Europe and this was one of our better, easier experiences.

Comfortable and Charming

Though the apartment is a bit tricky to find, it's very appealing in every way. We were also helped quite a bit by Emmanuelle's mother who lives next door, providing essential help getting a taxi to the airport and loaning us a cell phone charger. We had seven in the apartment quite handily, including a two and a five year old! The apartment complex includes a playground. We did need more towel hangers and could barely squeeze into the second shower, but those were trivial issues. It is a versatile layout with an easy kitchen for families or friends. And almost everything functions perfectly.

Prior to ariving we were given information from the owners that proved to be very helpful and insightful. We enjoyed the quiet area and the proximity to the metro. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and did prove to be a home for our family as we ventured the sights of Paris. We have recommended this property to many of our family and friends and would love to return in the future.

Our family of five enjoyed this Boulogne apartment very much. Paris is easiy accessible from the nearby metro and after a day of sightseeing and shopping it was nice to come home to a quiet area away from the big city. The area is safe and comfortable and the shopping is quiet charming right outside the apartment. The place was clean and had plenty of space for our family.

Wonderful location. Underground parking a must in Paris. Metro a short 15 min walk away. Several bakeries and supermarkets in a 5 block radius. Very quiet neighborhood, and secure location. Owner very nice and very accommodating. Great place to use as your home base while you visit around the city.

We rented the apartment for 10 days. It is a great apartment, quiet yet convenient to everything. Boulogne is an excellent spot, with many stores and restaurants. The apartment is close to them and to buses and subways that take you in minutes into central Paris. We strongly recommend it.

We have stayed twice in this apartment and will definitely stay again. It is a spacious, nicely decorated apartment with all the amenities you could possibly need on a vacation. It is a home away from home. Two bedrooms and a murphy bed in the living room which we found it to be very cozy and comfortable. Boulogne is a very charming town. We walked to the shopping area which is right behind the building. Parisians were very nice and helpful. The apartment is very close to 2 metro stations. We traveled with my 80 year old mother and would walk without a problem to the metro station and be in the Paris major attractions in no time. The owner provides excellent customer service. The first time we stayed had a problem with the door lock. She took care of the problem immediately and we noticed the second time she had changed the whole lock system to a much better one. Congratulations to the owner!!

This apartment includes everything you could need while away from home: a private balcony, unlimited telephone and internet access, a CD player, a widescreen television, and perhaps most importantly, the ability to brew your own coffee at any time of the day or night. There are two showers (one with a bath) and a separate water closet; this arrangement is preferable to a hotel, in which only one person can wash or groom at a time. This apartment is well situated, just outside of Paris. If you look to your right out of either of the bedroom windows, you can see the Eiffel Tower. The sun shines brightly into the kitchen and dining areas on the other side of the apartment. It’s a spacious and comfortable place; the homey décor reminds us of staying with relatives. It affords a lot of privacy, though our interaction with other tenants was always pleasant. Boulogne-Billancourt has a charm all its own, far enough away from the crowded center of the city to be relaxing, but close enough to the attractions to be exciting. This apartment is not only a good value, but convenient too. There are an assortment of shops within the apartment complex; my husband was happy to find a dry cleaner and a comic book shop downstairs, as well as an Italian restaurant that serves pizza to go, perfect for days when sightseeing leaves you too tired for dinner at a restaurant. There are many more shops only a short walk beyond that, including a bakery, a pharmacy, and two grocery stores — the low-priced Monoprix, and the organic specialty Naturalia. The Métro station Marcel Sembat is also only a short walk from the apartment and takes you into the center of Paris in minutes. Overall, très bien! We look forward to our next visit.

This apartment is just great. It is spacious but yet cozy at the same time. It is in a modern building but still has that Parisian charm. Large balcony with tables so you can eat breakfast outside. The location of the property was so convenient. We were one 10 minute bus ride away from it all. Great restaurants nearby along with supermarkets and shops. Emmanuelle was just so helpful. If we had a question I could ask him without hesitation. Everything you need for your Parisian stay is in this apartment and I would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone.
