Our house is a refurbished 1970's cottage..purchased in 2006.. nicknamed "Sassy Cottage" for its "sassy green" color..this has been a labor of love.
The floor plan is very open as we have an open kitchen, living room and dining room with large windows that give you the feeling of a much larger space..the screened porch gives additional living area all year round and the front porch with our red rockers is sure to relax anyone.
This is not a large home and is actually perfect for a couple with kids or 2-4 adults but it can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children (bunk beds). We are located on Speckled Trout just off Bonito Rd, close to the marina, ocean access and golf course...golf cart ride to the Beach Club or the Cabana Club.
1 king, 1 full and 1 set of bunks. Large lot and a lot of deer make this a great experience for anyone ...golf cart included. Call us with any questions you may have! * Note: Fripp has very mild winters so October and November are still very good months for the beach most every year. We have had some 70 degree days during those months. |
