Beach toys, chairs and towels make you ready for the beach with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after.
Enjoy the flat screen TV and DVD player in the living area and let the kids watch their favorite show on the porch. Secured WiFi. The house is equipped for all your dining and cooking needs if you don't feeling like eating out on the town.
Both bedrooms are cottage style right down to the quilt at the end of the bed. Our sleeping porch, fully closed in with double paned windows has an alcove with 2 twin beds and seating area.

My mom just rented this cottage for two weeks this summer. My kids and I stayed several nights and it is a lovely cottage. It is RIGHT near downtown Capitola and just a few blocks from the beach. The cottage is SO well-done. It's completely modernized while keeping all of its historic architectural details. The decor is very beachy and tastefully done. The beds were comfy. And the back deck is perfect for dining outside, or playing games. My mom fell in love with this house! I hope she rents it again, because I would love to go back!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
