This is a beautiful, well appointed (approx) 3600 square foot home on a half acre lot with three bedrooms and 2 1/4 baths in the main house. The cottage has a large additional bedroom with a half bath, wood burning stove and small refrigerator. The home is perfect for family vacationing and is conveniently located right off of Lakeshore Boulevard . Your pets are allowed and we have a huge dog run to accommodate them.

The home has a game room with ping pong table, 50" inch big screen TV in living room, 48" big screen TV in game room, brand new hot tub, dining room that seats 10, office area with DSL, gourmet kitchen, wet bar and separate laundry room. All rooms are decorated beautifully with incredible brand new furniture throughout the house. All towels and bedding provided. Large two car garage, ample vehicle parking and Boat/RV parking. Children's playground in backyard. There is access to several electronic game systems, DVD's and board games for children.

This two story home offers privacy and all of the amenities of home!

The Hyatt Hotel and Casino offers gaming and entertainment with a full spa just minutes away. The mountain golf course is a short drive from the house. We are walking distance to the Lake and staying here gives you access to your choice of three private beaches. One of which has two swimming pools, 1 adult and 1 kiddie pool. You will also have access to the Incline Village Recreation Center.

Winter sports such as skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling are all close by. Diamond Peak (7 minutes), Mt. Rose (10-15 minutes) and Northstar (20-25 minute drive).

The Reno airport is a 35-40 minute drive if you prefer to fly in.

Year round, this home is a relaxing, comfortable and fun place to stay that offers something for everyone!

Full rental amount is due 21 days prior to arrival. Deposit shall be refunded within 30 days of departure. The cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit.

  • We enjoyed a family getaway at this wonderful home in Incline Village. It is fun for the kids and very dog friendly. Us adults had a great time too! We had fun playing the video games and watching movies. One of the best parts of the home is the proximity to walking trails and the homeowners beach, Burnt Cedar Beach. Since it was the end of the season, the clubhouse and pool was only open on the weekends. But, the beach and park facilities is always open! It was not crowded and the weather was perfect for a fun afternoon at the lake. Dogs aren't allowed on the beach at Burnt Cedar, but there is a dog friendly beach near by. We loved the huge kitchen and cooked most of our meals at the house. There was a wonderful outside area fully fenced so the kids and dog were secure. The yard is HUGE with lots of grass and a play area for the little ones. We loved the cottage in the yard. Only thing we wished it had was a full bathroom. The furnishings and amenities inside the main house (as well as the cottage) are the best of any house I've ever stayed at in Tahoe. The decor was very appealing and upscale. The house had many modern touches which we liked. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. We enjoyed many walks through the neighborhood. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this house and hope to return again soon.

  • This house is a dream! It's very spacious and beautiful. The kids loved the bedroom lofts and game room. We had lots of laughs in the evenings playing Wii and pingpong. The grassy area in the back and play structure kept our children busy while the adults were able to relax on the charming patio. It's also close to the best beaches in Tahoe and great bike trails. We highly recommend the house!

  • We stayed at the mansion from August 2-August 10 of this year!!! What a blast, what a beautiful place, everything is so much nicer than our home, I didn't want to leave! Loved walking to the beach and around the neighborhoods with the dog (which is such a perk in being able to take them up there!) Will NEVER stay anywhere else again! :o) Can't wait for next year!
