Brigantine Quarters is located in a quiet, secluded corner of Shipyard Plantation, offering a pleasant 5 minute walk to the spectacular 12 mile beach on the Atlantic ocean. Enjoy the calming view of the 6th fairway of the Shipyard Golf Club from your private balcony or from within the villa. Brigantine Quarters is a small quiet, private complex consisting of only 36 units and is the closest to the ocean of any Shipyard Villas.
Brigantine Quarters offers guests a serene and relaxing environment as you are surrounded by moss draped live oaks and lagoons, a common site throughout this lush and beautiful island.
Shipyard is a gated plantation complete with miles of paved bike paths, 3 golf courses, Van Der Meer tennis center, and the Crowne Plaza hotel located a short walk from your villa, as well as the Shipyard Beach Club for another beach access option.
Our second floor villa offers a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops and maple cupboards. The dining room will comfortably seat 6, the spacious living room complete with vaulted ceiling includes a large flatscreen TV as well as VCR/DVD and stereo for your enjoyment. The bathrooms have been redone with ceramics including the large master ensuite. The unit also has WiFi for all your internet needs as well as free long distance calling in the US.
The private balcony is a great spot to relax and have a drink with a loved one after a day of activity on Hilton Head Island.
The lush, quiet grounds are equipped with 2 pools, 2 free tennis courts, gas grills, picnic areas and playground equipment all for the exclusive use of Brigantine Quarters guests.

We stayed in unit 252 at Brigantine Quarters during the last week of December. We found the villa to be very well equipped and the unit seemed very large because of the vaulted ceilings. The development is very quiet and secluded as it is at the end of a deadend street. The beach access gate makes it a short 4 minute walk to the beach and it is just a 10 minute walk over to Coligney for all of your shopping needs. The grounds are meticulous and the onsite swimming pools and tennis courts were great. The weather was sunny and 68 everyday making it possible to enjoy biking, tennis or golf everyday.
