This house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Topsail Island. This part of the island is mostly single family or duplex homes so the beach is not crowded. A large beachside sundeck overlooks the ocean and beach as well as the pool.
Pool is 13' x 20' with a depth of 3' to 6' - great for pool games as well as swimming. Pool deck has ample space for lounge chairs as well as an umbrella for shade (provided).
The house was built in 2005 for the use of the owners and has never been rented before 08. King beds in all bedrooms. 3 bedrooms - 2 baths with garden tubs along with a separate sitting room (den) and laundry are located on the 2nd floor.
Master bed/bath - living room - kitchen/dining and powder room are on the 3rd floor. The master bath has a whirlpool tub and a separate dressing area. There are 2 recliners in the 2nd floor sitting room and 2 recliners and a sofa in the 3rd floor living room.
Every bedroom as well as the living room and the 2nd floor sitting room has a TV. Great place for kids and adults.
