This house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Topsail Island. This part of the island is mostly single family or duplex homes so the beach is not crowded. A large beachside sundeck overlooks the ocean and beach as well as the pool.
Pool is 13' x 28' with a depth of 3' to 6' - great for pool games as well as swimming. Pool deck has ample space for lounge chairs as well as an umbrella for shade (provided).

The house was built in 2005 for the use of the owners and never rented before 08. King beds in 3 bedrooms. 4th bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4) There are 3 bedrooms - 2 baths with garden tubs along with a separate sitting room (den) and laundry located on the 2nd floor.
Master bed/bath - living room - kitchen/dining and powder room are on the 3rd floor. The master bath has a whirlpool tub and a separate dressing area. There are 2 recliners in the 2nd floor sitting room and 2 recliners and a sofa in the 3rd floor living room.

This is a beautiful home and very clean. The pool is wonderful when it is just too hot to be on the beach in the middle of the day. The house had everything we needed and the layout worked great for our family. As soon as we left we talked about booking for 2011 but other plans arose. We would love to come back in the summer of 2012. Sorry for taking so long to give a rating.

We had ten in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone.The kids loved the beach ( very few people ) and the pool was a big hit as well. The house was immaculate and had everything you would need. The elevator made loading and unloading a breeze and was great for the old man with bad knees (ME). The balconies offer a great view of the beach and made keeping an eye on the kids easy. David and Sharon really go the extra mile in providing a clean, well equipped home, and although we didn't have a chance to talk much in person , Sharon was very pleasant in her emails and answered all our questions in a timely manner.This was by far the best beach vacatrion we have had so far, and would not hesitate to reccomend this home to anyone.Thanks David and Sharon for making this a Totally Awesome Vacation .

What a great vacation we had in the house. It was absoutely perfect for what we wanted and having the pool to come back to during the day after the beach was fantastic. The house was so well equipped with everything one could need in the kitchen and the layout worked out perfectly. Weather was perfect the entire time and we are already talking about coming back here again next year. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one.

We rented the house just last week and had not one complaint about the entire experience. The house is amazingly beautiful, well-kept, and extremely clean. The elevator was an added benefit for the 60-somethings in our group. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking in. The owners were fantastic to work with and answered any questions we had, plus, they have a binder at the house with every piece of information you might need including nearby restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, etc... The pool area is beautiful and a nice respite from the beach if desired. The private walkway to the beach is obviously a huge benefit and the beach is minimally populated. This IS the perfect vacation home!
