Come vacation at this beautifully decorated 1400 sq ft 3 bedroom 2 bath home in North Manhattan Beach. The house sits on a quiet street just a half a block away from shops, restaurants, bars, a mini spa, salons & much more. Only 4 blocks from the beach, you can have your toes in the sand in minutes! Grab a morning coffee at one of the nearby cafes, and go watch the morning surfers! If you wish to go on a longer stroll, Manhattan Beach Pier is just a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride down the beach's paved strand. There, you will find the charming "downtown" Manhattan Beach area, where you will find tons of charming shops & restaurants.

This home, with beautiful hardwood floors throughout, was newly remodeled and is very well maintained. Each bedroom is finely decorated with queen beds & cozy linens. The inviting living area, on the 2nd floor, is furnished with a plasma TV, DVD & stereo system. The nicely decorated living room is open to the kitchen and dining area. Both the kitchen and bathrooms have beautiful granite and stainless steal furnishings.

This home has 2 floors. On the first floor, you will find a larger bedroom with a private bathroom. This room is also equipped with a TV. Additionally, there is a small outside patio area with a BBQ. The 2nd floor has the main living areas, as well as 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

  • We had a very clean comfortable, newly decorated home that was within walking distance to the beach and stores and many restaurants. Alexa was very friendly and helpful. Our son had his wedding close by, so the house was very convenient to all the events and walking on the strand was a beautiful way to start the day.

  • The house was very comfortable and was in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to the beach and a handful of great restaurants. Plus, it was about a mile (or a 20-minute walk) from the popular pier. We have 2 small children (ages 2 and 4) and while the house isn't ideal for kids of young ages, we didn't have any major issues that would prevent us from staying again. Not to mention the owners were very accommodating and so gracious! If you stay here, you can't go wrong and you won't be disappointed.
