St. Maarten is a luxury condominium on 400 foot ocean frontage of pristine and sandy beach, located in Daytona Beach Shores. The unit is a direct oceanfront on the the 4th floor, with a stunning and magnificent natural view and ocean sounds, as well as privacy needs. Fully equipped kitchen, bar, dishwasher, washer and dryer. All linens and beach towel are available.
The living area has 2,340 square feet, fully appointed and with resort amenities. Master bedroom has a beautiful breathtaking ocean view with a king size bed and big private Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, and is nicely decorated.
The unit opens out to two pools and a hot tub overlooking the ocean. Perfect for relaxing after a day in the beach. Private balcony to enjoy early morning sunrise and cool afternoon breeze while watching your kids play on the beautiful pool and sandy beach.
We strive to create a peaceful serene enviroment that makes you feel like it's your home. We're minutes away from everything. Our weather has been great, plenty of early morning beach walkers watching the sun rise.

Activities and Attractions
In addition to the “World’s Most Famous Beach”, you can relax and enjoy the pool, community and exercise rooms. Dimucci Twin Tower is located only minutes from the Daytona Speedway, 90 minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World in Orlando, one hour to St. Augustine or the outlet stores on I-95, and one hour from Cape Canaveral.
Miniature golf and go cart racing and are also near boating, deep sea fishing, golfing,sailing, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing and jet skiing. There are excellent restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Don’t forget to browse the shops in beautiful downtown Daytona.
Daytona is very much an event town. In February, we start out with the Daytona 500, March has Bike week followed by Spring Break.
Summer months begin in June with the Firecracker 400 near the July 4th. October brings Biketoberfest for the bikers.
