Located in one of San Francisco's most historic and lively neighborhoods, this 2 bedroom and 1 bath condo has panoramic views of the city and Bay Bridge. Situated on a quiet and safe tree lined Castro Heights street, it is only 4 blocks from the hustle and bustle of the central Castro entertainment, dining and shopping area.

Two units are available for rental:

A two-bedroom condo is on the main living floor of a 3 unit building. The living room has ample seating and contains a loveseat and sofa. TV, DVD and stereo with OnDemand cable are available. A wood-burning fireplace makes this perfect for a quiet and romantic evening. There are two bedrooms with ample closet space. The largest bedroom has a queen bed and the smaller bedroom has a double bed. There is a formal dining room with seating for six and views of downtown SF. The dining room leads to a quiet furnished patio with stunning city views, perfect for sharing a meal, watching the sunrise over the city skyline or a relaxing beverage. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a professional 30-inch Viking range and Bosch dishwasher. This kitchen is a cook’s dream, with ample storage space and views of the spectacular San Francisco skyline. The small yard is accessed from the deck.

A 1-bedroom lower unit is available for nightly/weekly or monthly rental. The 1-bedroom has a separate street entrance and can be connected to the 2-bedroom through an interior access for groups interested in using the two units as one. This unit has an oversized bedroom with TV with OnDemand cable, recliner, loveseat, plenty of closet space and shelf storage. There is a full kitchen which opens up to the back deck with great views. The living room/kitchen/dining area has a sleeper sofa, large closet and TV with OnDemand cable. There is a lovely tile bathroom with deep tub.

All units have access to an extra twin rollaway bed, laundry facilities, a yard and free Wi-Fi.

The units are located: just one block from Kite Hill and located at the foot of Twin Peaks; two blocks from a small park with a new kids playground and tennis court; 6 blocks from the famous culture of Dolores Park and 6 blocks from the family friendly heart of Noe Valley; Golden Gate Park is a nice 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive away.

Public transportation is easily available at Castro Station on Castro and Market (5 blocks away) where guests can access many other parts of the city through the “F” Tourist Trolley Line or use the underground train system (MUNI) and transfer to BART and/or CalTrain to visit all parts of the San Francisco Bay Area. For those driving, street parking is available immediately in front of the house or 1 block away permit free parking allows guests to park all day without the hassle of constantly moving spaces.
