This place was a great spot in a beautiful area. Jon was very open and generous from the start, very flexible and incredibly responsive. Everything in the pad was great from top to bottom; all important items were clearly labelled, the information pamphlet was laminated and clear on all important instructions, and we had no questions about the use and functionality of the many amenities. The hot tub was a bit small but perfect for two-person relaxing. We enjoyed the grill as well as the outdoor firepit. As it was wintertime, we didn't use the ping-pong table or the kayaks, but it was nice to know that we had those available. The BEST part of the stay was the fact that we could take a quick walk down the hill to the Rio Nido Roadhouse for dinner and drinks, and not have to worry about driving afterwards! A short drive to Guerneville but a nice secluded location. Everything was top notch, and I highly recommend staying here.

My boyfriend & I recently stayed at the Memory Lane house to celebrate our anniversary! It was PERFECT! This place has EVERYTHING! The house itself has a great layout & you could easily fit another couple there, with it being 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. But even just for us, it was perfect! We used the BBQ both nights we were there & with all the stuff in the kitchen, you can cook anything! The hot tub was so relaxing & great at night when it was cold. We loved the back bedroom & the view out the sliding glass door was beautiful! This house just feels far away from other houses near by b/c it is on a hill. Very private & perfect. We put the fire pit & games to use too! It's funny b/c what sold me on this place to begin with was that it had a ping pong table & it was so cold, we didn't even use it! The house was just clean, super comfortable (we felt like we lived there after two days) & we will stay again for sure! We could hear music from the Rio Nido Roadhouse on Saturday night (like the owned had mentioned to me when booking) & we LOVED that! Having a glass of wine, sitting by the fire pit, all while relaxing in the woods, what could be better?

This place was perfect for the cozy escape we were looking for. It was private, very clean and well-maintained. It was plenty big enough for my boyfriend and I, with a whole extra bedroom that we didn't use. We loved the hot tub and outdoor firepit. Great location too! I would definitely recommend it to a friend, and we hope to go back again!

We stayed at this house, sharing with another family and home had everything we needed, and more! We went to the Russian River Blues Fest and the home was very convenient few minutes drive from the event beach and the town of Guernsville. This renovated home was equipped with very practical furniture and kitchen. We'll book early for the next year!

OMG. we really enjoyed every bit of it. we are a family with three kids (6yrs, 3yrs and 5 months). we loved the place. nothing missing; more than 20 VHS of cartoons, books for kids and adults, 10+ board games, ping pong table, the hot tub, .... etc). The kitchen had every thing you need. if you forget something, you will find it there. Everything was shining clean. My kids didn't want to go to the beach the 2nd day we arrived, they just wanted to stay home. thank you memory lane

My family and I had a great stay at Memory Lane. The property has a great location, and is beautifully situated so that when you look out the windows or sit on the deck you see nothing but greenery. We built a fire in the fire pit and roasted marshmallows, and had lots of fun playing ping pong. After a day hiking Armstrong Woods, or hanging out at Johnson's beach, it's a great place to come back to. Just bring your clothes...everything else is provided, including a well stocked kitchen.

My wife, two children and I spent five wonderful days in this quaint, ideally situated vacation home in Guerneville. The two-bedroom, two bath home was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay a wonderful, comfortable experience. Amenities included a hot tub, large gas barbecue, fire pit and spacious kitchen area with all the necessary utensils. The home is just a short drive to downtown Guerneville and picturesque Johnson's Beach, where we spent our afternoons swimming, kayaking and relaxing amid the spectacular Redwoods that line the shore of the Russian River. We entertained guests in the evening at the home, which is smartly designed. The exterior wood deck flows around three sides of the structure, which allows for tables, chairs, barbecue and hot tub to be confined to separate area, giving the place a very expansive feel. The trees that surround the home create more-than-sufficient privacy. At nights, the neighborhood is quiet. We plan on returning to this vacation rental, which I highly recommend for anyone wishing to visit the area.

Our time was fantastic, the place is clean, the deck safe and attractive. We used the hot tub, played pingpong, used the kayaks in the river, returning to a modern spacious cabin where we cooked great food and ate outside one the deck. The property is surrounded by luscious greenery. We found that the floor plan was comfortable for our family of 4. We found the owners to be very responsive and available to answer all our questions. Safeway is about 1 mile away as is the main Guerneville shopping area. i would go there again!
