The villa is situated only a short walk from Puerto Banus in a quiet residential area just below the bull-ring. There is a large 9.5m x 4.5m swimming pool surrounded by a private enclosed garden with lawns and fruit trees.
There is a large patio with sun-loungers, a charcoal barbecue pit and a Spanish stone table and seat for outside dining. The dining table is sheltered at mid-day by a large Palm Tree (one of 3 at the property)
The villa is built in a traditional Spanish style with exposed wooden beams in upstairs rooms but has been recently completed renovated and re-fitted. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool in summer and heated in winter as does the under floor electric heating.
There are 3 large bath/shower rooms, one of the three double bedrooms has its own patio overlooking the pool- ideal for breakfasting on and catching the early morning sunshine and another is located on the ground floor for those with mobility difficulties
