  • My sister and I recently stayed at this lovely home. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and all the extra little amenities that were provided. It was tastefully decorated and felt just like being in your own home. We would definitely consider staying here again. It was close to everything, and in a great location and so reasonably priced. Commuication between the owner was also very quick and friendly. The owners are very honest and care about providing the highest standards to their guests.

  • Being a nurse, I am very conscious of cleanliness. Appearance is only part of the equation. My past behaviors, in hotels, has always been to travel with my own pillow at the very least. I've always commanded my children "do not sit on the floor, do not walk on the floor without shoes". Our stay, at 170 Bayshore Cove, was for me, like a thief in the night. Without effort, my concerns about the cleanliness of the home, vanished without any overt efforts. The moment we entered the door, the fragrance was surprisingly very appealing. The children were instantly enthralled. They appreciate space apart from me as I do from them( as long as we're nearby). From that point on, I was able to appreciate the other amenities of the home; especially the location, which was convenient to EVERYTHING we looked for: Entergy Park, the amusement and water park, bathhouse row, mountain view tower and a varity of hiking trails. There was nothing we had need of that was not already provided for in this home. The neighborhood was as complimentary as the home. Passerbys were friendly as well. Our visit to Hot Springs was made extra nice because we stayed at this home. "If mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy". My husband would say if mama is pleased then anybody would be pleased. I say, give people what you advertise and the rest will take care of itself. Thank you John. Communicating with you did not seem ike business at all. This address is part of our plans for the future.

  • My family just spent several wonderful days here. I heard no complaints from anybody. We found it very clean with ample space and amenities that I did not expect. It was private, quiet and conveniently located to everything we needed or wanted. I would not hesitate to return.

  • We have stayed in several condos over the years and I would say this home easily tops them all. It is nestled in a quiet area near enough to everything (and there is plenty to do nearby!) but enjoyable as a getaway and not only for the location! The fenced in yard was a big hit for our 4 year old to go out and blow bubbles, the place was wonderfully clean and fresh-smelling, the beds were comfortable, and the decor is lovely. What makes this rental particularly fabulous is all of the thoughtful little things provided by the owners. Many of the outlets have childproof caps, there are condiments in the refrigerator, clocks in the bedrooms, a french press!!! I could go on and on. It's not a matter of if we would stay again, but when!

  • Immaculate!!!!! The photos of this home does not do it justice!! It is flawless! Immediately when we walked in, it smelled fresh and clean. I NEVER take off my shoes at hotel rooms but everything was so spotless and clean, I walked barefooted our whole stay. The beds were SO comfortable and the location was great! We had planned a trip to visit Hot Springs’ beautiful outdoors and it ended up raining our whole stay but the house was so fantastic that the rain didn’t even matter. When we return to Hot Springs we will most definitely stay here again!! Thank you!!
