We had an amazing stay at this condo. Pool was available and the little garden was very well appreciated. Bed was amazingly comfortable! Condo is big enough for 2-3 person. Excellent location, everything is walking distance and the condo is located in a safe area of SOBE. Food, restaurants, liquor store and clubs are all at walking distance. No need for cars neither taxi. The beach is at walking distance to. A special thank to the owner, very easy to contact in case of anything and reservation was made very easily. We had a GREAT time! Will not hesitate to rent again!
Owner response:Yes actually, the bed was a real investment!

We stayed in this condo late January, and found it to be very suitable. Enough space for a couple; very clean and uncluttered; great location, close to everything in South Beach. The patio is a very nice for an evening drink. The condo is relatively quiet, in spite of its central location. If you don't need an ocean view, this is an excellent choice.

This is a great place to stay in Miami Beach and is close to all the top attractions. Walking distance to Lincoln Rd, the beach, Espanola Way, Wolfsonian Museum and the Art Deco district Some great restaurants nearby and lots of great shops. Also close to night life bars and shows. The condominium is exactly as described and was very clean and tidy on arrival. The 6ft wide bed is great and is very, very comfortable. There are lots of drawers and hanging space in the bedroom. The bathroom has a great shower and was very clean also. The kitchen is well equiped and there is plenty of room for dining. Instructions from owners were very detailed and accurate and we kept in touch via email before arrival. Elsa was very helpful throughout the process and security deposit was refunded very promptly after departure. Would recommend to any couples wanting to stay in miami beach close to the action.

This apartment is perfect for 2-4 people. Cute, clean, has everything you need, like towels, sheets, kitchen equipment, wifi and even sunchairs. And the small private garden place is great for enjoying your breakfast. The location is perfect, close to everything in Miami Beach and don't forget to try the Sushi place Moshi round the corner! There is a pool, but we didn't try it, cause it was in the shadow all day. Lee-Anne was very helpful and fast in her responses. Thank you! We do recommend this place!

We were suspicious because of the low price but we were amazed seeing what we got for our money! Having an own littlie garden in Miami Beach! It was big enough for two, well equipped and cozy. We did not use the pool as there was no sun in january, but it looked cool. The only thing I did not like was the noisy neighbor whose garden was just in front of our sleeping room and he was sitting there with friends or talking on the phone during the night. But seems that all American appartments don't care for preventing neighbor's noise... It was not too clean when we arrived but I told the owner and I think it will have changed till now. The owner was always reachable by mail and very friendly and helpful, in case of emergency staff was available in the house, too. The location was amazing, we'll defintitely come back! Thanks!

We (party of 3) stayed in this unit during Art Basel week this year and loved the accomodation ! the unit is quiet, but yet close to the action on Ocean Drive and Lincoln road. The apartment was very clean upon our arrival and was full of amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the foam mattress for the fold out sofabed was also comfy. Lee Anne was very helpful during the whole rental process - she responded promptly to our questions and provided great information for our stay in the unit. We will definitely be renting this unit whenever we're back in Miami.

The apartement was nice and tidy and the owner easy to communicate with. But the real highlight was the location. As a first time visitor to Miami Beach from Norway, it was like winning a lottary to discover that it could not have been better, except if it was on the ocean in the same street! The very next street Espanola way, two minutes to walk from the apartment, is a short, car-free restaurant street. The perfect-spiced guacamaole in its Mexican restaurant caused us to eat there twice, and it was like going to a free show when the weekly monday night tango started in its spanish tapas restaurant. By the way, their tapasmenu was possibly the biggest and most varied I have ever seen and the atmosphere laidback realxing, but the memory of passionate, beautiful tango is what stays. The bus stop to the city center was on the very next corner from the apartment, and the bus stop to go to Aventura mall was on Lincoln street, five minutes walk away where the pedestrian part of it stops. It was really great to have easy accessible public transport, although we mainly stayed on South Beach where we could walk to everything. We used the patio for outside breakfast, a good start of each vacationday. The apartment buildings swimmingpool had two good sunbeds, but we did not use them as they hardly did get any sun, and the poolside was so tiny so it was no opportunity to move them, as they could not fit anywhere else. As I enjoy walking, I walked around most of South Beach, and I would pick the same apartment again if I were to go back.

Everything was fine, nice tidy apartment, very friendly agent and cleaner. Lee anne was in particular very helpful! Only slight complaint was that the pool was a little more sheltered than we would like but would be perfect for those wanting to avoid the sun!
