Our beautiful home with pool is located in the Villages of Eastridge, Mesa. (Cross streets are Baseline/Crismon). It was built in 2004 and has been tastefully decorated and lovingly looked after. We are conveniently situated just off the US60 and only 2 mins away from shops, restaurants and a brand new IMAX Theatre. There are 2 parks within the community which are only 5 minutes walking distance away, 1 with a basketball court.
East Mesa is quiet but close enough to Phoenix to be near to everything you need. We are right by the Superstition Mountains and there is so much to do including Golfing, Hiking, Horseback Riding, etc.
Our cross streets are Baseline and Crismon and we are approximately a 25 mins drive from Sky Harbor Airport.
We are about 15 mins from Goldfield Ghost Town where you can explore the shops and historic buildings, tour the Goldmine and museum, pan for gold and take a ride on Arizona's only narrow gauge train. The driver is fascinating and you will learn a whole bunch about the history of the Superstition mountains, the gold mine and what you can find in the desert. You can also witness an old west gun fight performed by the famous Goldfield Gunfighters!
Tortilla Flat is worth a visit - found after a lovely drive through the mountains and 2 miles past the Canyon Lake. This is another old west town with a few authentic stores and a Restaurant and Saloon.
The Arizona Renaissance Festival is a must see and about a 20 mins drive (Weekends on Feb-March every year). It is a fabulous day out for the family and is located just east of Mesa on the 60. Kings and Queens parade around in their finest costumes, you can watch jousting on horseback amongst other free shows and there are many stalls with unique gifts and feasts to eat!
If shopping is your thing - Superstition Mall, Fiesta Mall and Arizona Mills Mall are all within approximately half an hours drive.
If you are a Chicago Cubs fan and are coming for the Spring Training, the Hohokam Stadium is approximately 17 miles away, so very easily reached. Book in plenty of time because these weeks are very popular!
Enjoy our peaceful garden and sit by the pool under the gazebo when you want to get out of the sun. We have a BBQ grill for your use.
Our home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Family room, Dining Room, Living room, kitchen/breakfast room, laundry room and den. All rooms have fans except the den and kitchen. The house does have air conditioning. The Family Room has a 30' high ceiling.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed with large ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. It has a high vaulted ceiling and small living area. Three further bedrooms have Queen size beds and one room has a twin bed. Downstairs we have a large comfy sofa which you can make into a Queen Size bed also. The house comfortably sleeps 9.
We have a beautiful large back garden with an Orange tree, Roses, Palm Trees, fabulous Wisteria, Hibiscus, Bougainvillea and two arches covered in Jasmine amongst much more!
Our home is a non smoking home so if you do smoke, please do so on the patio and please use the ash trays provided. We do not allow pets.

Our home is only 25 mins from Sky Harbor Airport and conveniently located near all amenities. The Superstition Mountains can be seen from the master bedroom. It is in a very nice, quiet and friendly neighbourhood.
