Christmas week at the Spokane River Condo

We spent last Christmas week at this property and it was VERY nice. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable with all the conveniences. The setting on the Spokane River is spectacular. We enjoyed watching formations of geese landing and taking off on the water in the mornings and evenings. We took afternoon walks along the rivers edge and it was very peaceful and relaxing. We prepared some of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen and went into to nearby Couer d'Alene a couple of times to dine out, shop or catch a movie. I would have to say the property was everything that was described to us and more. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and look forward to a return stay in the near future.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We stayed at this condo in June 2010! The place was very clean and we loved where it was located. This condo has a welcoming felling and we enjoyed everything about it

This place was filty. The sheets were dirty, the refridgerator was filty, the toilets and showers were filthy. Oneof the showers had blood all over the wall. The throw rugs were filty. The washing machine was full of stinky wet towels when we arrived. This can all be verified by an a-mail I sent to the propery manager upon our arrival. The next best thing was I had to call no less than 15 times to find out when I was going to receive my refundable deposit. 45 days after our departure they told me we left a red stain on the carpet. Very surprising to me..they could not produce such a picture. The law is 30 days to notify, they failed to notify and then they failed to produce evidence. BUYER BEWARE>>>not a good expereince with the owner or the property manager.
