This beautiful condo was/is well equipped, very clean, comfortable and homey! We have stayed in this particular condo several times and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a home away from home with a wonderful sound and view of the Gulf.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is a wonderful place to stay! I was impressed with the room that had a King bed and Bunk beds in the same room. I assumed there would be no room to move around but I was pleasantly surprised there was. The master bedroom King Bed was very comfortable! The new remote control blinds are fantastic! All condos should get these! While I was sitting out on the balcony I got to watch a Wedding on the beach with my binoculars, sure glad I remembered them. I also got to see about 20 ships which was a nice surprise because at the Seagull I would rarely see any. Looking forward to coming back next spring or next fall.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a wonderful vacation! This condo has everything and more. The kids loved both pools. We cooked most evenings instead of dining out. We spent lots of time out on the balcony and will definitely return!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

The condo was excellent with everything we needed and more!!! We enjoyed the pools, beach and sun at the Aransas Princess. Thanks for all of your help with our questions. This was wonderful !! It was everything I had thought it would be and more. The condo was a perfect location, clean and very warm and inviting. A perfect spot for our get-a-way. I am writing this review from the balcony of this beautiful condo. It is impossible to describe how relaxing this place is. The pictures do NOT do it justice. The condo is gorgeous and the building has many wonderful amenities that make it stand out. We have 2 little girls and this is such an easy way to visit the beach! What I love MOST is that this condo has a very large protected beach area where cars can not drive up to the water. They are forced to drive next to the dunes. This makes it considerably less crowded than the rest of the beach, safer for kids to play, fly kites, and run around our canopy which means I am not on constant 'high alert'. I can relax a little - which is the whole point of a vacation! The beach and pool area are shaded by the condo in the early evening which means you can enjoy the pool or a second round in the sand without getting sun. We've stayed here twice now and the condo is always spotless. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own food. The pools are great. We'll be back!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We have stayed at this condo for over 8 years now. What I like best about our stay at this particular condo is I always know it will be clean and is extremely well kept. The view to the beach and pool down below is awesome and very relaxing. I recommend this condo to all my friends and family.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Very nice 2 bedroom condo, master bedroom and living room have gorgeous 7th floor views of the Gulf an beach. 2nd bedroom very comfortable with king size bed along with 2 bunk beds. Kitchen well furnished, washer and dryer in the condo makes it very easy to keep things clean while enjoying beach/pools. Condo is very comfortable and well furnished, highly recommend. Complex has 2 very nice pools, with a walk way access to the beach. LOVED this place. The view is amazing, the condo is so modern & updated it's like being in a fancy resort. We loved the pools, the access to the beach and the HOT TUB! So much to do, so much to see, such a fun vacation. We will definitely be going back to Corpus & the Aransas Princess & staying at your condo. We played on the beach, in the pool and our grandson and his friend had a wonderful time. We had dinner out and enjoyed the tip on the new pizza place called "Crusty's" it was fabulous !! You only need one salad for 4 people, it was huge and delicious. We felt so comfortable in your condo, it was clean and very welcoming. The boys and I had a great time at your condo. It was absolutely beautiful !! The weather is perfect, it wasn't as busy a weekend as I thought it would be.
