A recently refurbished three-story, two bedroom, condo with an extra large third-story loft three blocks from the California Heavenly Ski Lodge. Guests may walk, drive, or catch the shuttle to some of the best skiing and snowboarding California has to offer.
King and queen pillow-top mattresses complete with luxurious bedding and down pillows for your comfort. Loft has two twin beds, and includes additional floor mattresses; great place for the kids. Unit is across driveway from clubhouse, with two year-round, outdoor hot-tubs, a summer heated swimming pool, an indoor dry sauna, as well as his and her locker rooms with additional showers.
Condo is located on Ski Run Blvd. next to a State Forest Reserve, minutes away from the lake, Nevada's Casinos, and shopping. Perfect for couples, families, and small groups.
Daily, weekly, and monthly rates available, as well as winter ski leases.

Why the Owner Chose Heavenly Valley
We knew immediately upon setting foot in the front door and looking out the dining room doorwall onto the evergreen trees and playful squirrels that this was the place for us. It has everything we wanted: privacy (complex abutts state forest reserve), location (2blk to Heavenly Ski Lodge, a mile to the casinos, concerts and shows, down the street from the lake marina and beach), size (over 1400 sft with an enclosed loft (3rd bdrm) bigger than the master bdrm) and clubhouse amenities (pool,hot tubs, saunas, locker rooms, billiards, ping-pong,excercise equip., etc..)

Aloha! I am Sandy, my husband Tim and 3 children: Jesse, Brandon and Victor. We are blessed to have the best of both worlds: the salt water of the Pacific Ocean and the freshwater of Lake Tahoe. The year-round warm, sunny weather of Maui and the winter cold, snowy weather of S. Lake Tahoe. Both are wonderful places to live and vacation! We love family, friends and ohana. We love to entertain and there is no such person as a stranger; everyone is our guest!

I listen AND respond! Out with the old and in with a new 32"flatscreen tv and media center. The old tv is in the loft for kids to watch dvd/vhs.(no more arguing over what to watch!).And at the request of another guest, Lynn, we have also installed high speed wireless internet service inside the condo with its own pswd. This house had a very warm feeling as soom as we walked in. Everything was neat, clean and well equipped. Name it and it was there. The house even had brochures of popular places to visit in case you decided to plan a last minute activity. There are plenty of beds, pillows and blankets. It was a perfect home away from home which reflects the owners' committment to guest satisfaction in every aspect. It made my Tahoe trip very memorable. Loved It!
