A refurbished three-story, three bedroom condo three blocks from the California Heavenly Ski Resort base, 1/2 mile to The Lake and Marina and approx 1 mile to Nevada's casinos. IN WINTER: Guests may walk, drive, or catch the shuttle to Heavenly Ski Resort which boasts some of the best skiing and snowboarding California has to offer. The California Lodge and base of the Gunbarrel Run is only 3 blocks away! Sierra At Tahoe is a short +-20 minute drive and several other World-Class ski resorts are within an hour's drive. IN SUMMER: Guests may walk, drive or catch the shuttle to The Lake and Marina just down the street. Our Guests also receive a complimentary pass to Lakeside Beach, a private, sandy beach at Stateline with sand, sun, food & FUN! It offers a restaurant, watercraft rentals, a children's playground and lifeguard! All you need right there for a Great family getaway! ALL SEASONS: The Stateline Casinos are approx 1 1/2 mls away...a short 5 minute drive. Concerts and shows are always changing. There's even multiple arcades for children of all ages (similar to a Fun Factory or Chuck E Cheese). And don't forget the amenities at the complex clubhouse!
The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining and family rooms with 1/2 bath. King and Queen pillow-top mattresses complete with 300-600 thread count sheets, warm bedding and down pillows for your comfort are in the 2nd story Master and second bedrooms. Third story 3rd bedroom has one Full bed and two Twin beds, dvd/vcr for watching and includes additional floor mattresses; great place for the kids and adults alike. Unit is across driveway from clubhouse, with two year-round outdoor hot-tubs, indoor dry saunas, a summer heated swimming pool, billiard and ping-pong tables,exercise equipment as well as his and her locker rooms with additional showers. Why the Owner Chose Heavenly Valley
We knew immediately upon setting foot in the front door and looking out the dining room doorwall onto the evergreen trees and playful squirrels that this was the place for us. It has everything we wanted: privacy (complex abutts state forest reserve), location (2blk to Heavenly Ski Lodge, a mile to the casinos, concerts and shows, down the street from the lake marina and beach), size (over 1400 sft with an enclosed loft (3rd bdrm) bigger than the master bdrm) and clubhouse amenities (pool,hot tubs, saunas, locker rooms, billiards, ping-pong,excercise equip., etc..)

Aloha! I am Sandy, my husband Tim and 3 children: Jesse, Brandon and Victor. We are blessed to have the best of both worlds: the salt water of the Pacific Ocean and the freshwater of Lake Tahoe. The year-round warm, sunny weather of Maui and the winter cold, snowy weather of S. Lake Tahoe. Both are wonderful places to live and vacation! We love family, friends and ohana. We love to entertain and there is no such person as a stranger; everyone is our guest!

This condo was very nice and cozy. Easy to locate. Literally right next to heavenly ski resort and 5 minutes to the casinos. A lot of grocery stores around so it was very convenient. There is a clubhouse thats right across from the condo that has a pool table, ping pong table, hot tub, and pool. The pool is closed during the summer, and when we went there, they hot tube was being cleaned, so we were not able to use it. Our hot water ran out pretty fast and it took forever to come back on so we used the showers inside the clubhouse. This condo is a great place for a small group. Sandy is very easy to work with. If we came back, i'd definitely rent this condo again. Thank you Sandy!

For clarification to those reading, the outdoor pool is closed in winter and open and heated in the summer. The outdoor hot tubs are open year round. Due to high winter usage, the tubs are emptied, cleaned and refilled twice a week. Hot tubs will be usable after 3pm on the days of cleaning. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but this is a sanitary necessity and definately a Good Thing! I am glad you followed my advice on hot water in the home by staggering showers and/or taking advantage of the clubhouse lockerrooms complete with shower, sink, toilet, and dry sauna. Home was well maintained and clean. Location is very close to all the famous places in the area. We really enjoyed our stay here. You can find everything inside the house which you think of., spices, cleaning equipment, utensils, crockery and cutlery.....Thank you so much Sandy for let us use your home for our holiday...I will recommend everyone to rent this place.

Stayed four nights at this peaceful, quiet condo. Played golf at one of the many nearby courses and took advantage of the swimming pool and hot tub that is literally right across the driveway. We enjoyed reading and relaxing on the patio and looking out at the pine trees. The condo was extremely clean and perfectly described. Sandy was prompt in answering emails. We can hardly wait til next year.

Sandy's condo in Tahoe is always comfortable and very clean. The location is perfect. My favorite part are the Lakeside Beach Passes which is my favorite place to go with my family. Sandy's Condo comes equipped with everything you need. I can leave my home in San Diego with just our clothes and pick up where I left off in Lake Tahoe. She has everything you need for cooking, playing games, going to the beach etc. Our Family will go to Sandy's over and over again.

What an ideal setting for our family! Lots of room to be able to sleep our family. We did not spend much time at the condo but there was room for all. Your facilities were what we needed to make our stay so enjoyable for all. We look forward to coming back possible during ski season when we can enjoy a fire in the fire place and going skiing, etc. I have grown up going to Lake Tahoe many times during the summer and staying at my aunt's cabin at Kings Beach. I love the lake and the tall trees, clear water, and the fresh smell of the trees and lake. We especially felt safe with the night lights on the stairs. I was not aware of the motion sensor style. Thanks again for such beautiful clean accommodations. I have recommend these accommodations to my family and will to others that might be headed your way..

I hosted a girls weekend in this amazing place. It was just as stated in the description, and even more wonderful. Bigger than I had expected, with a nice outdoor patio and balcony from the "master" bedroom. Kitchen was full of amenities and all necessary and basic cooking needs (I.e spices, cooking oil, coffee pot, condiments etc..) the only thing that I could have been better, although out of the owner's control was the small wat heater which meant that with 7 women, we had to straticigally plan our showers. All in all, we had an amazing trip and will go back the next time!

A few of my girl friends and I had a wonderful time staying here! This is a very quite and cozy place to stay! Being a local to the area I wanted a place that was close to the lake but far enough away from the craziness, this place was perfect for that! Sandy was very professional and easy to work with! I enjoyed my stay at this residence. It was close enough to everything we needed but far enough for some privacy and quiet. The home felt cabin-like which was a nice change from my Southern California home. We had plenty of beds, towels, pillows, and blankets for everyone in our party and more! I liked the layout of this home with its three levels. The clubhouse was very neat with everything we needed. The home was easy to find and easy to get in. The owner was very responsive and very clear with information and instructions I needed. It was perfect! Thank you for everything, Sandy!

The owner was friendly and very helpful. The condo was well-maintained with confortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. It has a beautiful view from the living room. It is close to many activities in South Lake Tahoe. My entire family enjoyed our stay and will be back.
