The Kai Lani community is the only waterfront, low-density (4-buildings) resort in Ko Olina. Of the oceanfront condominiums within Kai Lani, this particular property is located on the waterfront perimeter and, because of its elevation, has exceptionally magnificent views.
A narrow stretch of preservation land along the shoreline ensures privacy with an expanse of open space between the property and a secluded beach. The significantly upgraded interior, plantation décor and ocean views exemplify the good life.
Reserved parking spaces, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, flat-screen cable TVs, VCR, DVD and CD players, DSL WiFi, private telephone with free local calling. The master suite and one other bedroom each have a king-size bed, the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is a full-size washer and dryer, iron ironing board, hair dryers, gas BBQ grill on the lanai, and on the grounds are a shared pool, hot tub and more gas BBQ grills. The fully-equipped kitchen includes microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, tableware for six and plenty of pots, pans and other cooking supplies. Also provided are a lot of kids’ play things including Pack-n-Play, sand toys and a beach wagon. Also, a toddler-size car seat, high chair, and child-size dishes.
