  I stayed in this property for 8 nights with my 5 year-old son. From the moment I contacted Kimberly to check availability to the return of my security deposit, I experienced nothing but first class customer service from her. The condo was perfect for us and I am so glad we decided to stay here! Very nice, clean and modern furnishings, absolutely no maintenance issues whatsoever. The complex is newer and in a very nice neighborhood close to anything you could need - Park Meadows Mall (very nice) less than 5 minutes away, and any other store you could imagine all within the same area. Tons of restaurants too - literally anything you imagine, it's at your fingertips. Also the light rail station is just a few blocks away so you can zip up to Denver cheaply and easily. If you are traveling with children like me, there are many terrific parks very close - including Prairie Sky in Lone Tree and Centennial City Center Park (this is a brand new state of the art children's park that is truly amazing). We spent a lot of time at both and my son had so much fun meeting new friends and I met several nice parents as well. The unit gets great morning sun and has big windows in both bedrooms and sliding doors in the living room out to the deck. We ate breakfast on the deck every morning - nice furniture out there too! Ceiling fans in every room, and the kitchen has everything you need plus some. All you need is your clothing and personal items, everything else is there. I appreciated the cable television with On Demand programming so my son could watch his favorite shows, there is also a DVD player and Bose sound system on the living room tv. So nice to be able to do a couple loads of laundry while there as well. The whole complex is upscale - very nice common areas. I can honestly say I never heard a neighbor once the entire time we were there - must have awesome soundproofing between units. I am planning another trip to Denver this summer and plan to stay here again should it be available. Absolutely loved it!!!

  Our stay here was very nice, and we are very much looking forward to our next trip out there, and will stay here if the property is available! We stayed for 12 nights, and felt right at home, and had any/all the amenities that we needed!! Kim, thank you for being so easy to reach, and to work with when we decided to extend our stay!!!
