Crotched Mountain Golf Course is right next door, a 5 minute walk through the woods if you don't want to drive. Hike, bike, x-country ski on the grounds or bring your snowmobiles and access nearby trails.

Spectacular fall foliage for leaf-peepers. Keep your eyes open for deer, moose, owls, hawks, heron on the pond... Bring your horses and keep them in the spacious barn! A short ride to lovely Peterborough for dining and shopping, or go antiquing in nearby Hillsborough and Antrim.

  • We had a great time here. We took our dog and our 2 year old. We shared the home with two other families and kids. The kitchen is enormous, and the backyard and porch are great for hanging out. There's a lot of living space, and we didn't pile up on top of each other. There is no outside grill, so bring your own. But they have a lot of kitchen equipment and coffee maker, etc. It's a very easy drive from Boston, and it was a great weekend get away.
