The only occupants of this house have been Flora and Amos Dice and their descendants. A.K. Dice's name first appeared in a Walla Walla city directory in 1892. At that time he was a dentist with an office in the Quinn Building on Main Street between Second and Third Streets. Close to Pioneer Park and Whitman College. Walking distance to historic downtown and many wine tasting venues and restaurants.
