Historic Queen Anne home built in 1898. Completely remodeled. The only occupants of this house have been Flora and Amos Dice and their descendants. A.K. Dice's name first appeared in a Walla Walla city directory in 1892. At that time he was a dentist with an office in the Quinn Building on Main Street between Second and Third Streets.
Close to Pioneer Park and Whitman College. Walking distance to historic downtown and many wine tasting venues and restaurants.

We rented AK Dice House for a wine tasting weekend with a group of relatives. The house has a nice setup with 3 bedrooms & 3 baths upstairs, and a TV room with a sofa/hideabed. The main floor has plenty of room with a bedroom, bathroom, big dining room, and 2 living rooms basically. Everything seemed to be updated except the kitchen. Overall, despite the slightly dated kitchen and kitchen appliances, the interior was clean, nicely decorated and in very good condition. Also it had everything you need from bath towels to kitchen/cooking supplies. The backyard is private, decently landscaped and was a good place to hang out and BBQ since the weather was nice. Everyone in our group loved the house and we recommend it and would rent here again for sure.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a group of 9 people stay at the house and the sleeping accomodations were great. The rooms were decorated beautifully and there was plenty of room to sit around as a large group in the living room and tv area. We did cook in several times and found the kitchen a little small but made do. I would highly recommend this home for a large group. The front porch is a wonderful place to hang and and drink wine and have great conversation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

The house was very nicely updated and clean. There's plenty of space for all our guest and the location is absolutely walkable to downtown. We will definitely rent the home again in the future.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is a beautiful, historic house centrally located in Walla Walla. The house contains everything one would need and more. It is spacious, quiet, spotless, and exceedingly comfortable. Recommended for any Whitman College events or as a jumping off point for sightseeing or wine tasting in the area. Our group enjoyed a wonderful meal catered by outstanding "The Fat Duck Inn" and local "Grammercy" wines. A trip to Waitsberg was also a highlight of the trip. The wheat fields are gorgeous and a lovely meal at the "Whoopemup" Cafe is not to be missed. Management group for the property is very accommodating and reliable.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
