It is centrally located just a quick five minute drive down to the world famous La Jolla Shores Beach, 10 minutes away from Torrey Pines Golf Course, and 5 minutes away from the famous shops and fine dining of La Jolla Village.
On the main level of the house you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, ocean views, and a recently remodeled private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware. The spacious living room and dining room both have amazing 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean. The bottom level consists of three bathrooms and four tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. In addition, there is a second living room downstairs with a 52" flat screen TV and fireplace.
