The Surf Ohana beach house is LOCATED ON SUNSET POINT AND VERY FRESH AND NEW, newly remodeled 2008-09 top to bottom... everything! Including floors, windows, walls, curtains, lighting, kitchen, and bathrooms, and decks. FULLY FURNISHED with top quality 100% cotton linens. Location is quiet and offered to peaceful quiet guests only.
Surf Ohana comes with Bikes, internet, cable TV, boogie boards & beach chairs, umbrellas, laundry facilities, parking and grill. It is very close to beach.
This is a family neighborhood where only respectful, non smoking guests are welcome.
Surf Ohana can be either be a large 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, or 3 bedroom house with full large kitchen and double living room. Located ocean side of Kam and off Kam. Very quiet, very close to beach.
As a large one bedroom it comes with full kitchen, large double living room and one large bathroom with tub and one bedroom with a Queen.
A a two bedroom it comes with one bathroom and two bedrooms, the double living room and full kitchen, and two bedrooms each with a Queen and one bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a deck and private entry.
As a three bedroom it has double living room open to large kitchen and two bathrooms. Also includes the back decks off two of bedrooms. All three rooms have Queen beds and two rooms have deck entries.
The little studio has a private entrance though the garden and has small deck space. Located on Sunset Point. Everything is new. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

AS A THREE BEDROOM THE STUDIO IS INCLUDED AND OPENS TO THE HOUSE as a normal 3 bedroom house, 2 bath house.
All walls have built in sound proofing for sound privacy. There are lots of windows and ceiling fans in everyroom.
The floors are beautiful hard wood. Bathrooms all stone.
As a studio it comes with simple kitchenette ( hot plate, sink, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and fridge.
Walk to Sunset, Backyards, or V-land.
Comes with two bikes for the studio or 4 for the 3 bedroom.
Quiet and safe. The Studio is great for one person and okay for couples on a short stays.
For longer stays couples should choose our large one bedroom.
Sunset Point at an affordable rate for a peaceful spot for respectful quiet guests.
The small Studio starts at $95 per nt. for one guest at the the studio, plus 12.96% T.A.T and G.E. taxes, and a cleaning fee of $40.
The Studio for two guests is $125 and cleaning fee $50.for two guests in the studio.
**The large one bedroom starts at $175 per nt. for couples. plus 12.96% taxes and cleaning fee $80.
As a two bedroom for 4 guests or less rate is $240 per nt. plus taxes and cleaning fee $120
As a three bedroom for 4 guests or less rate is $300 per nt. plus taxes and cleaning fee $135

THIS IS A NON- SMOKING property FOR QUIET RESPECTFUL GUESTS. No gatherings beyond the guests staying in the House are allowed on the property. Renters can only have one car as there is no street parking. House are close and no one welcomes cigarette smoke blowing into their homes. Please walk to the beach to smoke. This is a serious matter and if your a serious smoker or serious drinker please look elsewhere.
