This spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom canal front home is actually a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom upstairs (1650 Sq. ft.) and 1 bedroom 1 bathroom downstair(700 sq. ft.) . It can be rented as a three bedroom three bath whole house or two bedroom, two bath just upstairs. The downstairs can not be rented separately.
Upstairs there is a spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishes, cookware and all utensils. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer.
A large enclosed porch complete with a Ping Pong table and board games. A table with chairs is the perfect place to enjoy a meal. Or just relax with a casual beverage and enjoy the magnificent water views.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, cable TV and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and double closet. The second bathroom which has been newly remodeled is equipped with a 6' whirlpool tub.
The den is a new addition which could double as an extra bedroom. It has an 8' granite top desk and sleeper sofa.
There is an additional bedroom and bathroom downstairs.
There is plenty of parking for vehicles as well as boats and trailers.
VACATION RENTAL AMENITIES
Deep water dockage on a 200 foot wide crystal clear swimming and boating canal with easy unobstructed access to the Atlantic Ocean, approximately 1.3 miles. 60 feet of the 110' concrete seawall is available for renter's use. It is equipped with cleats, shore power, water and fishing cleaning table.
There is also 4 pilings.
There is a gas grill on the car port.
Plenty of chaise lounges for sunbathing.
All linens and towels are provided.
Also for your convenience, there is an iron and ironing board both upstairs and down.
Cable TV in both living rooms, master bedroom upstairs and bedroom downstairs.
Other amenities include Ping Pong table, VCR, DVD, stereo, local telephone, towels and linens.
ACTIVITIES & ATTRACTIONS
It's just a short two block walk to Coco Plum's very own beach.
You can also enjoy the other great beaches in the area as well as fishing, swimming, snorkling, diving and sightseeing.
Home to America's only living coral reef.
While your here visit the Dolphin Research Center, Crane Point Museums and Nature Center, Curry Hammock State Park, Pigeon Key, Sombrero Beach, Theater of the Sea and other local attractions.
Local boat rentals are available and can be delivered to your dock. Why not charter a fishing expedition either full or half day.
Then there's world class flats fishing.
Key West is only 50 miles south down scenic Overseas Highway.
There's lots of great restaurants that feature dishes made with always fresh locally caught fish and seafood.
And let's not forget all the unique shops and boutiques!

Special rates for last minute rentals.
All Rentals are subject to Florida Tax of 12%.
Reservation deposit of 50% of the total rental fee must be received in advance to confirm dates.
Balance due within 30 days of rental dates.
$500 security deposit
Cancellations less than 30 days will forfeit full deposit amount.
Check in time is 3 PM. Check out time is 10 AM.
Rentals usually Saturday to Saturday but can be flexible.

Fred and Paula have a VERY Beautiful home. The listing is accurate and the photos are exactly the way the house looks. Paula always answers my questions in a timely manner and I would recommend this property to all. Clean, comfortable, affordable!! The neighborhood is quiet and they even accept pets. Paco sure is glad he gets to come on vacation with us. Will stay again and again!!
