Our beautifully decorated, 2600+ square foot, four bedroom, vacation home is a perfect place for your resort getaway. Whether it’s the beach, golf, tennis or the pools, our “BAYSIDE RESORT” home is sure to please. This premier home features a huge family room, loft area, screened porch (with one of the most private lots in Bayside), and fully functional kitchen. The spacious layout will accommodate 10-12 people comfortably. Our home has a large master bedroom with full bath on the first floor as well as a second master with full bath on the second floor. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor share a full bath. The loft features two futons for additional living and sleeping areas. The home was designed to be our second home, not a rental property. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Our home is in the Bayside Community which has 867 acres. The natural beauty of Bayside trails, ponds, and forests and Assawoman Bay will be rivaled only by the outstanding Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course it surrounds. We are just four miles from the beach, many water activities, shopping, and restaurants. Rehobeth Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD are within close proximity to offer even more options for shopping, board walks and entertainment.

Our location, four miles west of Fenwick Island on Route 54, is close to Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach and Ocean City So if you're not into golfing, take in the shopping, the pool or tennis courts, and other activities nearby. If the beach is your destination there is daily shuttle service from Memorial Day to Labor Day so hop on the shuttle bus* and leave the driving to someone else.
Our home is located just 2 blocks from Sun Ridge Tennis and Recreation Center* where you will find a recreation center with locker rooms, fitness facility, Sun Ridge Grille snack bar, 4,000 sq ft outdoor pool with separate whirlpool, kids' Splash Zone, 5 Har-Tru tennis courts, picnic area and playground. Sunridge also has a basketball court, volleyball (sand), badminton, soccer goal and more.
The second recreation center opened in the Summer of 2009 includes a children's pool. This complex is 1 ½ blocks away!

Our family loved the beach home. The rooms were spacious, closets plentiful, kitchen had everything we needed. The first floor master bedroom/bathroom was a plus for my husband and I as we are both other 60. The second floor easily accomodated our children and grandchildren and we didn't hear them moving around above us. We also cannot say enough about the Bayside community. The pools, grounds, play lot, walking paths were maintained to perfection. The community is about 10 minutes drive from either the Fenwick or Ocean City beach, and there was always free parking available within a block walk to the beach there. Finally, the home owner could not have been more accomodating to ensure that our week was all we hoped it would be.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

The home looks just like the pictures and is very spacious! Everything needed was provided and the property is well-maintained which makes for a wonderful and comfortable stay! The grill was great as we made some delicious dinners. On the rainy evening, the big screen TV and the Redbox at the 24hour Harris Teeter nearby provided entertainment. An awesome feature was having a kitchen big enough for all 10 of us to sit around one table to enjoy a meal! A short drive brings you to the beach. Also, the location was also perfect because it was easy to get to Ocean City for the boardwalk and Rehobeth for some shopping! Michael was also VERY helpful and easy to get along with. I will definitely come back to stay in the future and would recommend this home!!

This place was phenomenal!! Me and some of my brothers from church stayed here for our annual fellas getaway. A time of peace and quiet, basketball and go-karts! And we were not disappointed. And this house has everything you need! We're even thinking of bringing the wives back in the fall. The house is beautiful, the people are wonderful and we definitely plan on coming back. The house is very nice and roomy for several families. Kept in clean condition, we will rent this again. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to shopping and beach!! Our stay here was awesome.

Our vacation at this home was spectacular. The house was great. It had all the necessities and then some. The community was great. Two pools, a fitness center, a carosel for our granddaughter - what more could we ask for. And the golf course and hiking trails were super. We thought that everything here was great. In addition the owner was wonderful to deal with. It was easy and fun. I can't say enough good things about it.
